Could not find menu on mobile site and it was my first time ordering. Placed an order for vegetable egg rolls. Most places give you two in an order. This place only gives you one in an order. Thats fine, but it would be nice if someone confirmed that an order is only one. I called to ask about there only being one egg roll in an order and the lady told me there should have been no confusion, that it says it on the menu and they brought me a menu when my food was delivered. I dont think she understood that a menu was not available to me when I placed my order over the phone. Also placed an order for plain fried rice and chicken chop suey. First of all, I didnt want any meat in my fried rice, however I also received no vegetables in it either. Just flavored rice. And then the chicken chop suey has a flavor I have never tasted before. More tangy and unusual. The chicken is awful. Does not taste like real chicken. Something of rubbery consistency, way too chewy for me. I only ordered from here because my preferred Chinese restaurant closed at 10pm and this place was open until 11pm. I will never order from this place again.

I just moved to Joliet last week and went to this restaurant. I told them I just moved here and they were extremely nice to me and my mother. I called in an order for pick up when I arrived 30 minutes later the food was not ready I had to wait an additional 15 - 20 minutes for my order. I ordered the small shrimp fried rice, dumplings, and shrimp egg food young. When I got home and opened my food the egg food young had green vegetables in it. It was different from the week before. I threw up everything I ate. I was sick as a dog. I went to the restaurant the next day with the left over food and told them it made me sick and I asked why the food was green she wanted to argue with me about it instead of apologizing to me for getting sick. I took a picture of the awful mess they called food. I will never go there again. The shrimp were not cleaned and fear for the health of anyone who eats there.

Worst customers service ever...Bad experience I ordered at 8:30 n was told 45 minutes. An hour into I called back rerealizing they never asked for.my address, I was told they had it n my food was on its way n if it wasnt there n 10 minutes call back. I waited25 minutes called back N was told a totally different story n it was going to be another 20 minutes.totally hour n 50 minutes from the time I ordered. Never got my food n honestly dont think I really want it seeing it would have been cold anyways... N after all the she wouldnt even comp the food. I ended up eating a ham sandwich for dinner at 11pm . I wouldnt never do business with them again..slow n poor customer service

Absolutely horrible ordered the General Tso chicken and all of the chicken was hard and literally stuck together , so when you order make sure to tell them to microwave it a little longer then usual. The rice I ordered for my children was fine and the fried wontons were soggy I literally drove just the General Tso chicken back to them and handed it back and they refused to refund my money. Will never go back to this establishment and I will tell everyone I know about how horrible I was treated

Called on a Friday evening they told me it would be 45min to and hour. I agreed knowing its Friday and they usually get busy. My food arrived 1hr and 30min later. I called to see where my food was at and was placed on hold for 8 min for her to just tell me his on his way. I valled again and told her to call the driver to see how long.First time and last time I order from there. Like shouldnt you have a system for busy days?

First off let me say that I am not a chinese food type of guy, but I love this place. The combo platters are the best bang for your buck, like $7 and you get pork fried rice and the best egg roll you have ever eaten. Eat here and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent food, especially for the price. Look into combo deals: entree, pork fried rice and egg roll--enough to feed 2--for under $7. Love this place and order from it often. very, very good! highly recommend it!

Very good. Love the General Tso Chicken, the Shrimp Mei Fum and their fried rices are all good. My only problem is they serve Duck Sauce instead of Sweet n Sour. Would have been 5 if they served Sweet n Sour.

Got a delivery order, orange chicken. It was stuck together and either it was not chicken meat or it was very very old meat, gross to say the least. Fried rice was decent. Never getting food from there again.

Awful Emperors chicken. Chicken consisted of tiny pieces of hard gristle with alot of breading that tasted like burnt oil. The sauce tasted like a chemical. Had to throw it out. Waste of money.
