Service is bad. They always make my drink wrong. They give me attitude. I ask for a Passion Tea Lemonade with two extra pumps of classic and it always tastes like just plain lemonade, i ask for a Double Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino they put coffee in it, or i ask for a Salted Caramel Mocha and either the espresso is too strong or it takes like hot chocolate. As a Starbucks employee i know exactly what the drinks are suppose to taste like and i am alway disappointed. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks near me.

This is by far the friendliest and most accommodating store I have been to. Keep up the fabulous work!

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. I travel across the country and visit many Starbucks. I have been coming to this location for over a year now. The staff is good at remembering your drink order and your name on return visits. They are always friendly and efficient. Dont understand why others have left bad reviews.

Really nice 2nd time here . First time i got the green tea latte SO GOOD! today Im having the iced green tea latte THIS IS EVEN BETTER !!!! I live in Waukegan but I come here its much cleaner . But sitting here there are some tables that could use a wipe down but its still cleaner then most Starbucks .

I actually disagree with everyone who says the service sucks. Ive had nothing but awesome service by these girls. They are super friendly and always get my drink order right (i get a pretty complex drink). Theres even been a few times that theyve given me my drink for free!

Got coffee at this Starbucks just now, coffee was actually fresh and hot, staff friendly and professional and the store was very clean, huge difference from the fly infested, dirty Starbucks I went to in Kenosha 2 days ago.
