Every. Single. Time. Every single time we go there thru the drive thru and order either an apple pie or cookies with our meals and literally every time they forget it. My friend just got to my house after going there and opened the vag to see they didnt give him his cookies. I dont understand how this can happen so often lol its crazy. Then you try to call them and the number listed says its not an active number when you call it.

Went here awhile back got a burger that was half frozen, complained and they did nothing, I really just wanted the money back on the burger is all or a new burger ! Called corporate who said they would send a coupon and never did. Frustrating. Havent been to BK since will drive an extra 20 minutes to Culvers, no contest, food is always hot there never had a problem

Fries tasted like the oil had not been changed in three months. And a homestead burger tasted like a half jar of mustard, they acknowledge it but offer nothing in return. Last place I will be going again....
