On June 23, 2014, my family and I took a guest to TGI Fridays for dinner and when I was ordering my entrée, I asked the waitress if it was possible to substitute onion rings for French fries and she said that was totally fine, but when they served my dinner, I only received French fries and I kindly asked her about the onion rings and she said it was coming. About 15 minutes later, the manager came over with the onion rings in his hands and said "the waitress made a mistake, we cannot substitute onion rings for French fries which is a lot more expensive and we can not do that in the future" then he placed the onion rings on the table. I told the waitress you can add the onion rings to the bill, but then the waitress apologized and stated that it was her mistake. Even though the waitress was kind to recognize and apologize her mistake, I found it rude, insulting, and embarrassing that the manager would say such words not only in front of me but my guest as well. It was unjust for him to speak to me in such a terrible manner even after I spent $127 for dinner. His rudeness and attitude made me horribly upset and made me even loose my appetite. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

Tried to eat there with a party of 13, they had seats available but told us it would be 45mins to an hour. When my husband and I walked a but into the resturant I saw empty tables. I asked the host if she wanted to she could sit us at two seprate tables near each other if thay would help. She informed me there was nothing available. I asked the other hostess what about the empty tables she said that it was unavailable. The lady was rude and did not acknowledge us properly. Attented to other customers and then turns around and says "so ami re moving you from our list or are you going to wait?" Really? ??? Never going here again!

Awful! !! We were seated in between two tables that was one party. One table was for the parents and the other for the kids. We had the same server as they did. We were seated with no utensils and the wrong drinks. We had burgers and thought we wouldnt need them. My husbands burger completely fell apart and he ended up finding his own utensils at a hostess station. He got mad so we asked for the check and told the server our issue. He credited us for the burger but charged us for 4 drinks when we had 2 that we barely touched since we left and the were non alcoholic. Never again!!! Rather go to chick fil a or bk.

Been years since my last visit but the Chicken Caesar salad hit home. I inhaled it and am headed to my next destination. Overall I will rate this experience almost the highest possible. It fell just short because I had to take a picture of my empty plate and not a drop dead gorgeous bartender, waitress or managers would be best than she could afford to sweep me off my feet I have been blessed with unparalleled vision for deer and evil! Our server Katie was amazing and food was wonderful. She was very observant of our table, kept tabs on us and how we were doing. We had a terrible experience with a server back back in February which made us leery of coming back. So glad we gave Fridays another shot. We will be requesting Katie again. Great serves, wonderful personality, and very friendly.

I never really gone to TGI Fridays all that much, so I decided to try it out with a buddy of mine, and it was great! I thought the food would be expensive, but it was not too expensive and well worth the money. Although the portions can be small at time, I still recommend it!

bad service and the people in the kitchen had conversations that were way to loud and inappropriate for others to here. the cook kept coming out of the kitchen and looked like a slob. cant believe I ate what he made after seeing his appearance

Great food every time, occasionally you may find a piece of plastic or glass in your food (its happened to me and my immediate family over 10 times there) and the staff can take forever but i still keep coming back for the food

Tried to order boneless wings with 2 different flavors and was told that the daytime kitchen would do it but the night time crew would not...are you kidding? Waitress was not very friendly. Food was not very good either.

Terrible service. Brought out the wrong order, and then the waitress had the nerve to come to the table and argue with me about what I ordered. Then brought out the same plate, all slopped around. Wont be going back.

By far the worst TGIF I have been to. Dirty dishes, cold food, waitress was not attentive and we went after 12am. No reason for any of that nonsense. Would I eat at this Fridays again....NOOOO! Run!

SLOW That was the slowest service Ive ever had in my life. There was a total of 14 people in the entire restaurant while I was there with at least 5 waiting staff.

Service was good, but the place was a bit dead. Food was decent. The Jack Daniels menu has always been pretty good if you like a sweet BBQ-ish sauce on everything.

This was the second visit in two weeks and the food was great both times service was also very good. Had a full rack of ribs for ten bucks
