Just to add on to what Shesto Cuteforu had mentioned. I went in on nov 24th to get the "bigger plate" option. The meal comes with 3 entrées. The guy before me (Caucasian) gets the same order as me. The helper piles rice on his order and sends him happily on his way. I ask for the same thing and I barely get a spoon full of rice. Mind you Im getting the 3 entrée meal. I respectfully ask the little short "manager" lady for a bit more rice since Im getting 3 entrees and she goes; very rudely; "thats how much we give for portion sizes." Now I obviously saw how much she rice she piled on top of the previous customers plate. So I ask "well how much is it for extra rice?" She keeps serving the customers behind me and just keeps my order moving to the next person like she didnt hear me. I was livid, embarrassed and felt discriminated against because I didnt get the same service as the previous guy. All in all the little Caucasian girl manager is a rude employee and i did not enjoy my experience at this particular chain. Usually panda is good with service but this location because of the "manager" seems racist.

Was excited to be getting it fresh when they opened for me and my family and then pull up to drive thru and get told that drive thru is closed due to increment weather its lightly raining Ive got my baby in the car and going to my mothers had to got to three different restaurants after that einsteins mcdonalds and Burger King to appease each family member guess what went thru three drive thrus and had no problems I guess they shouldnt have a drive thru if they worried about the weather

The staff is very friendly and the food quality is good most of the time. I love their orange chicken. However, when you come to drive thru you might experience delays when busy and I also dont like the fact that everytime I purchase food here im always asked to donate even tho ive donated way too many times. Im not going to donate every single time i come here lol, im gonna end up paying more for donation than food lol

Super fresh and nice staff! We were passing the area and decided to eat here that day. It was lunch time and very busy. Despite that, the staff was very organized and quick in filling orders and the food was freshly made and delicious! I had to wait a few minutes for one entree but didnt mind because they did replenish the food almost immediately. The honey walnut shrimp was excellent!

This is the 4th time I stopped by this place and they still dont have brown rice. I stopped during the day, during the evening, etc and they never have it. The sign says its available and it is a healthier choice, but they refuse to cook it. What gives? If youre looking for brown rice, I suggest to go to another location. Very disappointing.

Visited 7/28/17 for 1st time. Bigger Plate with Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken and Broccoli Beef were all very good. Both Chicken and Vegetable Spring Rolls were good values. I had avoided Panda Express for years due to bad experiences at theme parks Cedar Point and Kings Island. This location is way above those. Free Parking too.

I usually like this place but my wife just went to get our food 20 minutes before close and they refused to make what was on the menu and only offered what was old and leftover. Thats horrible service. If other companies could say sorry we are closing in 20 minutes we cannot offer our standard services, they would go out of businesses.

I am the type of person that will say if a place is good but also will speak my mind if its bad. The panda express gets your order wrong and will close a half an hour earlier than what is supposed to. The panda on schaumburg and Barrington has great customer service and is happy all the time to assist theit guests

This place does not treat all customers equally. They pile the food on for the white customers, and give the black customers the regular size. If we are paying the same amount, we should get the same portion size. They also quickly serve the white customers and make the black ones wait.

The quality of both food and service have declined over the recent past. When we went last weekend we waited 10+ minutes to be served and once we were, we were barked at by the staff. I would skip spending your money here unless they remedy the food and service.

A bit slow for drive thru and also eat in. Basically is a bit understaffed and also in a high traffic area. However around rush hour your food will he fresh rather than the infamous "time been on a heat bed too long" flavor.

Absolutely positively the kindest most sincere staff I have ever met. The managers were incredibly friendly and understanding despite the immense stress they go through, and the the dignity of the food did not disappoint.

Was just trapped in drive through for 30 MINUTES. They werent even crowded and they didnt seem to care how inefficient they were. No apology or anything. Simply the worst service I have ever experienced.

Need to stock up on food when theyre running low. Saturday night, of course its going to be busy...STOCK UP. Dont have customers wait to enjoy the food. Thats why its called fast food.
