Bad experience. Lady who took our order was very nice and then got to the register and was completely ignored by this guy with glasses and a man bun. Took a phone order and then flat out left without helping us at all. Waited for a good five minutes before having to ask for someone to take my money. Sandwiches really skimped on protein. Ill be going to Jersey Mikes from here on out thanks. Thanks to the guy with the beard for trying after I had to ask for help. Man bun never even acknowledged myself or others. Rude.

I placed an order for pick up and they said it would be ready in ten minutes. I arrived over 20 minutes later to find an empty restaurant aside from the workers. Know when they started my order? AFTER I walked in the door. Not even an Im sorry. The service sucks, but the sandwiches are amazing so 2 stars.

Always quick and extremely friendly. Best location in the area! Great tasting food. Update: Avoid this place if you have any sort of allergy. They will become extremely unpleasant when they mess up your order and you want them to remake the food you paid for.

The slowest service ever. I stood at the counter to order for 5 minutes with only a hello from the staff. I finally gave up and left. Jersey Mikes is so much better. Much better service and food. Never again. This is the second time that this has happened.
