They do not update there posting as of 8:30 they locked the doors as they did not have enouph staff on had to prepair more food, even though they are standing inside cleaning up, the least they could have done is put a notice on the store hours, or posted a new time on the door, dont waist your time coming here, customers arent appreciated. 3-30-17 Just locked the door as i was walking to the door, called and was told very rudely, its a emergency, were out of food, when i asked why the door was locked when i was about to walk in she hangs up on me...this is the 4the time in the last 2 months that has been there answer to me, "we are out of food." How does this place stay in business.

No stars. Customer service sucks. You get ignored. They dont care about the customer. Went in on a Sunday. 3 people working. stood at the counter for 5 minutes while I was ignored. 6 other customers still waiting on there food orders and no food prepared. Twice one of the employees looked at me from under her visor and stared at me like "what do you want." Never saying a word. So I stated since youre gonna ignore me I will go somewhere else. Not one please wait, an apology or nothing. I normally frequent Panda express sometimes 3 times in a week. But I guarantee it will NEVER be in this location. I will drive out of my way not to go here. And I now live a couple of blocks from here.

I just got food and asked for a cup of ice and the young lady at the drive thru got upset cause I asked for 2. Gave me a empty cup and snatched it back when I advised I wanted ice in it. I asked for the manager, she came to the window laughing and said sorry. Terrible customer service. Food wasnt good but it was ok if the service was good.. every shirt coming stand out when the service bad. Never will I go back, pick up for somebody else it give anybody a ride. They need to higher older ppl with morals and responsibilities. That way they consider their job before putting it in Jeopardy over a free cup of ice.

Literally HORRIBLE service EVERY time. Employees are mean and rude for no reason and literally never get anything right. Always a ridiculously long wait. They move as slow as possible. Have been left sitting at the window for over 20 minutes before and they never come to the window dont say anything no apology no thank you have a nice day or nothing. The WORST customer service. They hand you your food with an eye roll and might go "HERE" and then slam the window if anything. Rudest and slowest people ever I dont know why theyre being hired.

I ordered online. The food was hot and fresh when I got there, and the staff was friendly. Got back to work and the food was probably the worst Ive ever had. Beef and broccoli was bland, greasy, and the sauce on it was salty. The noodles under the beef and broccoli were dry and had no flavor. The general tsos chicken was just big chicken nuggets with a weird tangy/ sweet sauce on it. The cream cheese rangoons, just smh yuck. The two stars are for the staff. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Went for the first time with a co-worker and her family on lunch, staff was kind. Food was under cooked and made my whole party sick for the next several days. When I tried to contact them, the staff acted like they could careless, because they already had their money and didnt seem at all interested in making the situation right. The staff member did not have the manager call me back, as promised. I will NEVER return there again.

Food always prepared by friendly, cheerful, employees in what appears to be a clean environment. You cant beat the prices!! Above average quality food/taste when it comes to other Chinese restaurants in the price bracket. This really reminds me of the mall food court Chinese that we have come to love, but a little better in my opinion. I would take a friend here. Im a regular now I guess. Long live service with a smile!

I have no idea what has happened to this Panda Express since it opened. The service has dropped off the star scale. I witnessed tonight a server dropping the pan of rice on the floor, pick it up and set it next to other food, while she was cleaning up spilled rice, another server got around her, to scoop rice out of same pan for drive thru customer. I got out of line and left. That will be my last time at that location.

Spent 22.44 here January 2016. The food was great at the time 1200. The food was fresh from the wok and the staff was friendly. Fast service and clean surfaces all around. Counter tops, Windows, and exterior surfaces are all on par. Restroom was right on target as well. One of the best in fast food in my opinion. Very modern design inside and outside.

This P/E location should have eggplant tofu. There are some redundant chicken entrees that arent selling such as mushroom chicken with zucchini and black pepper chicken. The teriyaki chicken is taking up 2 trays and is not a top seller. Another customer mentioned the steamed veggies are too bland and there is too much squash and no tasty garlic sauce.

Just not my thing im use to having more options of food to order from. The teriyaki chicken was good but the rice and other things I got werent good at all ended up paying over $10 when i should have just went to a buffet and payed around $8-$9 for more options and quality

I love eating here. I drive all the way from Biloxi to come here. This is my favorite Mobile area restaurant. The staff is great. Funny people with a great sense of humor. The restaurant is modern looking and always really clean. Impressive little place with a drive thru.

Eighteen dollars of crap. Disgusting sweet tea. Over-cooked and under-flavored orange chicken. The place was great when it first opened, but as it seems to go around here, everything falls apart after a few months. Save your money and appetite. This place sucks.

This place is confusing with the menu. U cant ask the employees anything about the menu as they act like u r bothering them r they r in a hurry. Poor customer service. By the way I was at the drive - thru.

Not sure what type of cuisine is served here, but it certainly is not Chinese. Must be some form of extreme americanized hybrid??? In any case, it is is still flavorful and I enjoy eating here.

I wish I could say 4.5 instead of just 4. My experience was pretty good overall and the clerk was very nice to me. They were just understaffed if you ask me. 3 people in the entire place.
