We ordered our food in the drive-in. 30 minutes go by, I press the red button to make sure they took our order down or whatever the problem may be. A lady picks up, "Hi welcome to Sonic, what can I get started for you?" It was like there was no record of our order at all...after 30 mins! I ask if my card has been charged yet?, she tells me yes it was charged and our meals will be out "in a sec." 20 minutes go by, and by now my kids are starving, too. I finally call back to the kitchen again and ask them what is going on? A guy is speaking to me, He asked me what our order was(red flag) and before I recite my whole order for my fam I stated that we dont want our food anymore because we are on a schedule. I asked if I could get my refund back and he said "...uhhh, no?..." and I told him how we never even got our food yet. He told me how my card was never charged...(sketchy because the girl said it WAS charged), and he said that he cancelled our order...why would you cancel an order a family just made? How did you not know we never got served? He never asked if I was paying with cash or card...so that was weird but I swiped my card anyways after we ordered. I was confused as hell... and kind of infuriated because I waited another 20 mins after I was told my card was charged. If the payment didnt go through I would have never waited a extra 20 mins on top of the 30 I patiently waited on. This location has a serious miscommunication problem. The hires are all younger and thats not a bad thing, but maybe the training should be better and there should be some initiative where these teenagers actually strive for customer satisfaction. I was hung up on twice thru the drive thru by their employees. I found it kind of rude and I probably wont ever come back here...sorry Sonic. I used to stop by every morning for coffee and whatnot. I wont be coming here again let alone bring my family. I do not recommend eating here. Go to Steak n Shake, it is my fav fast food place(amazing fresh burgers and shakes.) I also recommend Checkers, they have funnel cake! White Castle has a large variety like Sonic, but its better! They have sliders which are pretty good and also they have mac n cheese bites and mini corn dogs...mmm.

Hit the button to order and they took 10 minutes to answer. The guy was rude and was rushing us to order. The food took 20 minutes or more no joke. When the food came they guy didnt greet us he just simply rushed to give us our food. There was no napkins or spoons for our frozen drinks. They got one of our orders wrong. We ordered the ultimate chicken sandwich and it only came with mayo and pickles. On the picture it has lettuce and tomato. Fries were super salty. Not a good experience & I dont recommend this location.

Stopped in for breakfast, and got a breakfast toaster sandwich. I might be wrong, but Im pretty sure toast should be a pretty obvious part of this sandwich. Instead I have 2 pieces of bread that look like theyve been dropped in some dirt. Im also pretty sure the tater tots I just gagged on were left over from sometime last week. Overall this location is very hit or miss.... Too bad they are missing a lot more frequently.

I live far from this place & so Ive only been here about 3 times. They have a bunch of variety on shakes and drinks but for the food its okay. Its about the same as Wendys but more expensive and every time I come the service is bad. They take a long time and theyve gotten the orders wrong every time Ive gone. The main reason why I give it two stars is mainly because of the deal after 8 pm.

Ok after all those commercials for their hot dogs - I was finally able to come here. I wasnt too impressed but I think I would visit again. I enjoyed the fries but the hot dogs which I had the Chicago style was ok... it wasnt anything you cant have anywhere else. I enjoy the concept behind it but that would be about it. Superdawg is way better for hot dogs.

On par with most other Sonic restaurants. The #1 burger was almost exactly the same as the #1 burgers at the stores in the Tulsa area, but the roll was different (but bad, just different). Wife liked her chicken sandwich. The Cherry limeade and sweet tea we great, as always.

I live 10 minutes away, and only go about 3 times a year. Every time I go they mess up the order and I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and thats after I order. Truly disappointing place. And FYI plain burgers mean nothing on it, not everything on it.

I ordered spicy jumbo popcorn chicken and I swear to god it was the size of my left but and tasted like my right one and then there was a banana in my vanilla shake like who was doing drugs while making a shake cmon now its not that hard

The food was delicious for being fast food. It was almost as though it melted in my mouth. I had ordered the bacon double cheese burger and a peanut butter fudge milk shake, and I was highly pleased.

Been here 3 times always get cherry limeade. Taste great each time. Everyone knows sonic food totally sucks so dont even bother. Great drinks and decent deserts. Eat elsewhere.

Convenient and quick service! There are plenty of individual drive up ordering spots where you never have to get out of your car! and you cant beat their after 8 shake deal!

Nice since they remodled the drive up speakers. Pricey for fast food though. Would have given 5 stars but they were super slow and charge for extra sauce.

The service here is poor at best and half the time they give you food thats either cold or hasnt been cooked fully. I suggest you try a different Sonic.
