Waiting in line behind a family of four when the lady taking there order handed them their cups another employee who was just standing there asked the folks if he could get their cups back from them because the ice machine didnt work. Then I get to the counter and order and she hands me my cup to go with my meal. I asked her if I could please get some ice since the ice maker was down in the lobby. She took my cup, put some ice in it handed it back over to me. I put Dr. Pepper in my cup of ice take a sip and it tasted horrible, sort of flat and just nasty. So I dumped it and rinsed it out. Waited until she saw me standing there and asked for more ice because the DP was sort of flat and tasted bad. She put ice in it and handed it back. So I filled it with coke. And that tasted awful as well, but I sucked it up and managed. So as I am waiting for my order of food to come up, she waited on two other families and gave them cups with no ice knowing the stupid ice maker was down! And to top it off, my gravy for my chicken strips was like water. Not impressed at all and will not be back.

To no fault of the workers there tonight that I could tell, the experience could have been better. I visited this location on our way back from the August 21 Solar Eclipse and I think whoever did the schedule here did not get the memo. The line was extremely long, saw one couple leave the line. My friend and I got in the line twice though, once for breakfast and then for icecream. There were 2 registers but only one was being used. The staff was handling the pressure well though, they didnt look phased. My friend and I were going to use the washroom but didnt see it until we were leaving because they were hiding in the room between the 2 sets of doors and we heard others complaining about the state of the facility. Overall a good experience.

Had a very long wait, and the food tasted like in been in the microwave for 45 minutes. The staff was nice friendly and polite, But the bathrooms where gross and most of the tables hadnt been wiped off. Overall the restaurant wasnt very clean.

The soda was gross, the bathrooms had literally nasty fluids on the floor and the toilets. Finally, the food tasted like the holocaust, I guess adolf hitler and Himmler were the ones doing the cooking. Terrible
