Employees here are incredibly rude! I walked up to the window to order a small blizzard and the gal that took my order did not say hello, how are you, or what can I get for you. Instead she just stared at me, had no idea what oreos or reeses peanut butter cups were, and walked away after giving me a dirty look. I had a coupon for a free small blizzard from the DQ app and I showed this to her, she came back telling me that they only take printed out coupons. We explained that the deal was from an app and theres no way for it to be printed out. The manager (or at least thats what we thought he was) walked over with an even worse attitude, to tell us that it isnt valid. Without knowing that this location does not participate in using this app both of these employees made us to look like fools and treated us very poorly. No spoken words of "Im very sorry we cannot accept that, We truly do apologize for your trouble.", etc... Im sorry if youre having a bad day, but dont take it out on your customers!!! We definitely WILL NOT be back to this location even though it has always treated us well and we live right down the street from it. I highly recommend all of you considering in giving this location your business to do the same.

My boyfriend and I decided to get some ice cream randomly tonight and looked up the closest dq and this was it. While getting the adress i saw a few of the negative comments and thought nothing of it, its ice cream right? how important could customer service be? Holy cow was I wrong! The guy over the speaker 2 was immediately rude. No "hi welcome to dq, or what can I get for you today" then when my boyfriend explained what we wanted he questioned us as if we were idiots, " do you men this? Is this what your trying to order?" Then a simple " ok pull around" i didnt mention the negative reviews to my boyfriend untill he looked at me and said "was it just me or was that guy really rude? He opened the window and said "10.50" and shut the window, then handed us our ice cream and that was the end of it, no thank you or have a nice night or anything. And then to top it off the brownies in my blizzard were extremely stale, a bummer since I had a craving for ice cream! The short and long of it is that even something as simple as a drive through window conversation can ruin a store reputation. We will not being returning to this dq needless to say, well be going to Baskin Robins next time!

If this place did not serve DQ products then it would definitely be the worst ice cream shop in the area. They skimp on product like its coming out of the employees pocket. Worst of all they are very rude - especially the guy that appears to be the manager. His piss-poor attitude has trickled down to the high school kids that work there to the point that the girl this evening sounded like she was dead inside. I most likely will never go back.

To begin, when I went to pay I handed them my card. My card was "declined" but I watched her walk to the other side of the room not swipe the card walk back and told me it was declined. She was very rude. Ive had many terrible experiences at this place. The customer service is very poor. No please or thank you or have a nice day, or hi how are you. Im very disappointed with my experience. But the ice cream is good!

Stupid workers, careless owners and if u want a half melted treat go right ahead. They make your treat before u pay so while ur sitting there waiting on there slow asses to get there credit card machine going or change ur ice cream just sits there and melts on there counter. Did i mentioned cheap ass owners? Lol how do i know because i used to work for them back back backkk in the day!

my last 3 expieriances there have been more than terrible. the people were being rude to us in the drive through and the workers yelling at my friends because she accedently gave him the wrong bill. they dont even say hi or how are you. they are beyond rude to their costumers. never have i been so mistreated when getting food. but the icecream is baller!

The customer service at this place is atrocious. They are very rude and theres nothing special about this Dairy Queen. They have good ice cream but I dont go here anymore because its just that terrible.

The speaker system on the drive thru seems outdated or they need a new headset inside. The older guy that works there on the headset is pretty consistently rude. Prices are kind of high for ice cream

I asked the young woman to make me "the best strawberry milkshake she has ever made". Definitely delivered, satisfied my craving (8 months pregnant). Got it fast, and she was very nice.
