If I could rate them no stars I would. I chose to go there for lunch today. I downloaded the BK app a while back but never used it since it requires you to be at the restaurant and have your location on. I would think it would be similar to the McDonalds app that pops up a code, they enter it and it gives you a discount. Well thats not how it works. I placed my order in the drive thru and then pulled up to the window. I ask a simple question. "Would the coupons from the App work? If not its okay I understand." Thats all I said. The lady did not respond to my question. She instead had the audacity to roll her eyes at me with a pissed off look. She then told the other person working there and he explained that it must be presented when you order because its entered a different way. She should have said that instead of rolling her eyes. I was not going to argue about not being able to use the coupon but the fact that she assumed I would was inexcusable. There is no reason for employees to be getting pissed at customers. I understand that sometimes customer can be on edge but remember that its because of us you are getting a paycheck. We go there to spend our money and thats how you get paid so we should not be looked at as a burden.

Scary Service! I will no longer use a credit or debit card at this Burger King. In the drive through they always walk away with your card and you NEVER see them process it. Once the guy took out his cell phone and looked like he photographed the card. As soon as I left the window I called and cancelled my debit card just in case. If there are specials, make sure they charge you the price for the specials here.

My food had hair in it. Not just one hair, several long black wavy hair. It was so gross I almost threw up my fries. When I tried to call and complain about the unsanitary conditions, no one answers the phone. I will never go to this filthy restaurant again.. giant yuck!

I hate this burger king. The service is always horrible and the guy who works in the drive-thru windows always looks at me like he wants to start a fight. I generally like most BKs but this specific one is horrible
