We use to come here all the time. We havent been in since the remodel and seemly new management. It was a disaster! We will not be coming back. First, when we stepped our of our car the parking lot was dirty, cigarettes everywhere along the curb and the dumpster area had trash all over the place in the mulch and grass. We walked in and the entry way felt filthy. They have a chalkboard to entertain children and had only 1 bench on the side of the wall and just a few more by the window, inadequate seating in the waiting area. It was not a busy night and the chalkboard was messy with smudged erase marks and chalk dust piles all along the wall and floor. When we were seated the waitress did not introduce her name or about the computer machine on the table, we dont know anything about it. The menus were so filthy I had to wash my hands afterwards. We both ordered beer and the waitress didnt know the drinks, so she called over her a waiter who came up with both arms full of dirty plates and they start having a conversation that has nothing to do with our order. We ordered a side of fries and the pick 2 appetizer: fried zucchini and mushroom, the worst appetizer of our lives we were nearly done with our beers well over 15 minutes when the fried food came but the fries took longer and they were so skimpy and over cooked all we can taste was grease, we didnt eat them. The breading was flavorless and the zucchini hardly had any breading on it, the one thing that I liked was that the mushrooms were big and whole thats it. My beer bottle was empty since I poured it into a glass and it was left at the end of the table nearly the whole meal. When we were sat we noticed the floors in the carpet areas had food and debris in several areas which was left there our entire stay. My husband was so fed up we had the manager over come, who was so soft spoken we could hardly hear him, he made a (i guess what was suppose to be funny) comment "oh should I fire her?". Also, my husband asked the still nameless waitress for a lime with his beer and she brought it on a to go plastic lid. Our entree was delivered by someone else other than our waitress, she came 5 minutes later with a basket of pathetic looking fries and said they made them for us but we already had fries with our burgers so she went to her next table that was directly next to us and gave the fries to them. The time we were there I kept thinking to myself that this feels and looks like a chuckie cheese would. There was another manager or supervisor there not sure who she was but she didnt look very professional I think she was wearing crocks and was chasing (what seemed like) her kid around. So disappointed! We wont be back and I hope management picks up because it was very poor! They need to train the servers better in service and maintaining the restaurant, maybe reconsider new management all together. Id rather go to a greasy small hot dog joint than step foot in this place again.

Very... No EXTREMELY SLOW service, the appetizers cake fast and so did the 1st round of "bottomless" drinks.. Well after about 45 minutes waiting for our main entrees I had to find another server to help is because our server disappeared. Even then it took another 15 min to get our food to us, well as for the "bottomless" fries we never got to experience that because we never got refills on anything, we waited for our server for another 30 minutes, I had to go and ask the hostis to go and find us a waiter /waitress because we basically got ignored the whole time. And finally when another waitress finally came she came took our plates and empty cups and didnt even say a word to us, I asked for refills and more fries and she never came back.. Finally I found a manager and he was not much help, he took the drinks off the bill and didnt even ask if we needed anything else.. I was highly disappointed with my first visit here. I will not go back, if you go be prepared to get ignored and have slow service..

My wife and I were here Saturday for dinner. $9 for a burger that is smaller than the Whopper Jr.? She ordered a Caesar salad and got a tiny plate of lettuce and croutons with about a teaspoon of dressing on it. They better give you as many fries as you want, because you sure wont fill up on the burger. I dont expect well be returning, especially when Five Guys is right up the road, and has never disappointed us.

Black n blue burger was on point. Server was friendly efficient and pretty smooth. Pricing fair. Only drawback would be the smell of the carpet. Remove the carpet and add a non skid stamped concrete or anything other than carpet. Loved everything else though. Still coming back and would recommend for others.

We had a very pleasant visit to this location. Our server, Cassidy, was very polite and prompt with refills. She is the kind of server that makes the atmosphere in restaurants upbeat and relaxing. Food was good as expected from Red Robin. Recommend this Red Robin, YUMM!

Very poor service and food quality. Have visited this location many times over the past year. The quality of the hamburgers has changed in the past few months. Taste Cheap like they have cut corners instead of raising prices. Wont be back for a while.

Okay food and terrible service. Waitress was here once to take the order and once to bring the drinks and hasnt been back since. Other people brought the food out. The "bottomless" fries and drinks werent worth it due to no refills on either.

My son and I had a couple of tavern burgers on a Sunday afternoon which was fairly busy. Service was good and the meal was prompt and solid. We had more of the bottomless fries which were hot and crispy and then he had a chocolate shake.

My family and I havent had good experiences here with the food. We always enjoyed the location in Orland Park, so when we moved out to Plainfield we were excited. It falls short as our food is ever as good as we want it.

I love the gourmet, higher priced burgers. I love that they will allow them out pink. Have gotten some over done so before you dive in to the froes, make sure your burger is cooked right. When it is, it rocks!

Lunchtime seating was quick. Not too crowded. Adequate parking. Had a gift card so the bill wasnt shocking, but a little pricey. They sing for your Birthday. Nice lunch with my 12 year old son.

Sevice is hit or miss. They sometimes have a floor show. That is, a server who can be counted on to drop something. Plates, utensils, glasses. The food is consistently very good though.

I always receive great service at Red Robin. Once I had a dish cooked wrong and the manager gave me a $25 Red Robin gift card. I would say that is definitely good service.
