The "pool" in this hotel - well Im not even sure how they can call it a pool. It is the most pitiful thing I have ever seen. My daughter LOVES to swim and could swim all night long. I didnt have to tell her it was time to go - she was ready less than an hour of being there. The pool is SO SMALL about 3 people fit in it - you cant swim in it - it is a square. The pool area has about 10 chairs in it it - my Mom and I sat by the pool and got splashed because it is so narrow from the chairs to the pool. When picking out a hotel, having a pool is a determining factor for us. If it is for you too - this is NOT the place for you. It is a beautiful hotel and very nice rooms, but we were extremely disappointed with the "pool" and there is no continental breakfast here either.

Hotel is located near Woodfield Mall, IKEA, and a slew of restaurants. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Had breakfast and lunch, both of which were ok but not great. Stayed here for meetings and the AC/heat was adjusted several times to sweltering hot it ice cold. Each time we contacted the front desk they tried to adjust accordingly, but eventually tried to blame us for trying to accommodate personal preferences. That wasnt the case, the room was literally very cold and then very hot, back to very cold then vey got, etc. We couldnt access the thermostat so Im not sure how we came to be the ones being blame. Guest rooms were average courtyard rooms.

If youre looking for a nice place to stay, this could be it. Grounds and rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. As another poster has mentioned the TVs are very slow to change channel. Fitness room is bare bone. Breakfast is decent and has a good selection, but expect to pay for it. This hotel is slightly more expensive than some of the other options available, but I would still recommend. Youll find many shops and restaurants nearby given the proximity of the mall. If youre planning on taking the public transit to downtown, expect a 2 hour commute to your destination.

As good a Courtyard as any. Its no Marriot, but its not supposed to be. Pool area is pretty. Workout area is nice. No meals included in your stay, but I went to the restaurant for breakfast and they made me one hell of an amazing breakfast sandwich that was worth the $14 I paid for it. My bed was hard as a rock, which is exactly how I like it. I slept great! It was really hard to get to from the airport. I dont know if that was just because of the construction on the highway or because my uber drive was nuts. Probably a little of both.

Newer hotel. Good size rooms and a decent size bathroom. I love that the shower head is 7 up. Front desk staff are great as are the coffee bar staff. Compared to the Schaumberg Marriott this place shines. I would come back. Update...Ive been back twice now for weeklong stays and the staff continues to be excellent. This place is comfortable and quiet, just what I need. Only real complaint is the tv reception is spotty and channels change very slowly. Really a 4.5 ( I wish we had a scale of 0-10).

Well priced, clean. Free parking but no free breakfast. Lots oif shopping and restaurants nearby but it was hard to find a restaurant on a Friday after 11pm. The Friday afternoon staff mentioned restaurant coupons but when we came back at 11pm the desk clerk had no clue. The Bistro and Starbucks in the hotel offer food but a little over priced. $ 5 for a bagel with cream cheese and hard boiled egg. The room was cleaned and smelled clean. The shower was hot. Bed was comfy and a/c worked well.

I was stranded, with about a million other people, at Ohare, due to storms. I got into the hotel after 1am, and Im so glad that I did. The night receptionist was amazing, I wish I remembered her name. I had no luggage, and after flying 23 hours from Eastern Europe, I was a zombie. She gave me all the the toiletries I would need and offered a late check out. Thank you for your hospitality, it made a horrible day much better.

Location is just off the street behind another business (The Clubhouse) so it can be tricky to find but a beautiful location. Facility itself is clean , spacious, accommodating aND serves a mean lunch for business meetings. Though I wasnt there overnight the hotel offers a pool, working room and Internet access with a shuttle to take you were you need to be. Overall 5 star rating from this satisfied guest.

The price was amazing! The room was very clean and the shower was super cool. We always try to get a hotel with a pool and a hot tub and this has both plus a fire pit on the outside. It was too cold to enjoy the fire pit tho. But the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day. The staff was really friendly! I will definitely book here again. I would recommend it to anyone I meet!

The hotel is located just off of Schaumburgs restaurant row. The night desk clerk was able to give us information about all the restaurants, made recommendations, and even provided discount cards. Our stay was restful and quiet, which was greatly appreciated! It was a perfect place to stop during a long road trip.

We were on the 5th floor for one night. All service was very quick and pain free. The room was nice but there was some garbage left under my bed. It was just a granola bar wrapper so it wasnt a huge deal but there couldve been anything there since the cleaning crew missed it (only reason for taking a star off)

Super nice rooms loved that the tub had a sloped back so I was able to take a bath and relax. Very clean friendly staff pool kinda looked like water needed to be cleaned but to be fair or is summer and I am sure everyone with Sun screen and tanner have been in it making it cloudy and its super small .

Room was as expected. Booking was a challenge since it needed to be booked through concur for work. When I arrived they had be double booked and had to cancel one of the bookings. We prearranged transportation to our office and were told three different departure times.

The location was nice, and the staff was friendly. The downside was that we called to get 2 extra pillows, and were asked to walk down to the lobby ourselves to get them and then when we got there, we were told they were out of extra pillows.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff made a group meeting stay all the more pleasant. The staff were helpful when I discovered after departure that I had accidentally left an item in my room and arranged shipment. Will stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay. They could have better channels on the TV along with not having such hot water in the middle of the night the toilet is steaming and no cold water. They should offer a complementary breakfast

Comfortable hotel, clean, lobby great for hanging out with extended family. Has large sitting area, fire place and TV. Receptionist let us play board games till late in the lobby area. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
