Terrible customer service. I cant speak for the food because it was never delivered to us. Ordered over the phone and was told that the food would be delivered within an hour. Called to check after 1 hr 20 min and was told it was on its way. Another 20 min passed, so I called again and was told sorry, its on its way. The wait reached over 2 hours, so I called again - from my recent calls list that had successfully reached the restaurant the last 3 times. The woman answered the phone with just a hello, and when I asked if it was Mason Wok she told me I had the wrong number and hung up on me. When I called back, there was no answer at all. I waited 20 min and called again and finally got an answer and told them to cancel the order and make sure that they didnt charge my credit card. I understand that restaurants get busy, but this certainly couldve been handled much more professionally. We will not be attempting to order or dine in there again.

Excellent food by nice employees, and in a great environment. I started eating here with a friend on Wednesdays for the half-price specialty rolls but now I visit about once every week or two. The food is as good or better than many places Ive been to at fancy sushi restaurants in Chicago. They have all the typical Americanized fare as well as many traditional Asian options prepared in a more traditional way. I think some reviewers who give the food a lower score are not use to the more traditional way some of the sushi is prepared. I usually try one item I know I like (Godzilla Maki is a mainstay of mine), and try one item I have never had before. Ive never had anything I hated and even the items that werent my usual style I could appreciate the taste. Definitely give Mason Wok a shot at least once to see how your favorites are made with a more traditional twist.

This is my new go to place for Chinese food! Not sure if they are under new management or what but this place is way better than it used to be. A couple of the notable improvements I have seen. The Crab Rangoon is awesome, they are super generous with the portions now! Shrimp fried rice has hard boiled egg in it, lots of shrimp and they dont over do the scallions. Also general tsos is great, you get the rice and chicken separate. We had been here a couple times before and everything I mentioned above was not happening. I am super pumped that this place is so great now! Like I said, my new go to place, check it out, the rating doesnt do the place justice.

The people working there are very rude...they act as though they are doing you a favor for serving you. The food was not very good at all ( i ordered orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken....both tasted almost exactly the same apart from the sauce they used!) Eggrolls were cold and tasted as if they were very old. the soup was served in a solid gel like state...just plain disgusting.... I was surprised that the woman told me to pay before eating...what restaurant makes you pay before you sit down and eat? they also do not serve you water....save your money and eat at the panda express across the street from them or some other chinese place!!!

I ordered delivery and it got here way before they estimated which was great. The Rock mountain Maki was some of the best sushi Ive ever had. Very fresh and tasty. However the Singapore Rice Noodle was bland, not at all spicy like the menu claimed and mostly noodles with little meat or veggies. That dish was disappointing but Ill definitely order or go in again.

Nice quiet little restaurant, very clean and beautiful decor that has traditional Chinese food and Sushi. Full bar and one sports TV. I had the Beef Lo Mein and California Sushi Roll and was very delighted with the flavor. Im a traveling man and have been to many Chinese Restaurants and I have to give this one a high score considering the overall experience.

Food here is really good. Japanese food, Chinese food, Vietnam food. There is nothing here I dont like. Everything is cooked fresh to order and the quality is outstanding. Also the sushi is extremely fresh. On Wednesdays the signature sushi rolls are 1/2 priced. Weekday lunch sushi special is $15.95 all you can eat. Nice!!

This place is quite fast and has pretty decent food. It is not the best, nor do they have the best customer service, but for the area and price, it is hard to beat. Plus, they have your take out ready in usually under 10 minutes. So call ahead, jump and in the car, and by the time you get there, your food is ready to go.

The meat was gritty and the noodles tasted burned. Yak. Ever since the place changed ownership about a year ago, its been awful. Thought wed give it one more try before writing it off, because we used to really enjoy it. No more! Wont go back ever and will tell everyone we know to avoid it like the plague!

This used to be our "go to" for Chinese in the area. However they seemed to have changed up their recipes, crab rangoon and eggrolls not as crunchy n flavorful as they used to be. Egg foo young used to be much better. Dont know how the sushi is. Its not our thing.

Great food and the price is cheaper compare to other chinese restaurant in the area. I ordered general tso chicken and I love it. their lunch only cost 4.95 and you got lot of food that you can not finish. Also, friendly service. I will keep come back.

Very fast. Always had decent food. The family is definitely not friendly (but not rude), but I can deal with it. I like that I can see the food being prepared and the kitchen is not hidden. We never order from any other Chinese restaurant in the area.

The food is pretty good, but it is a little expensive as far as chinese food goes. The biggest problem is the service. Everyone there seems really angry ALL the time. Just ordering food makes me feel bad, like Ive horribly inconvenienced them... oh well.

New owners are no good, food so salty I could not eat it . I saw one of the cooks stick his finger one of the pans of sauce taste it and did this 3 more times. Never going back again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gave it 1 star because you cant give zero.

This restaurant use to have great food ....I have been eating here for 16 years...Now it STINKS. Egg rolls are mushy inside, Egg Foo Young is awful, No flavor and the prices have gone through the roof. Well have to find a new Chinese restaurant.

The food is tasty and prices are reasonable. Mongolian Beef and the Sesame Chicken were great. More a take out place then dine in. Definitely worthy trying : ) Anyone who complains about the staff being unfriendly is culturally inept.
