I had high hopes for this place considering the previous reviews, however after my one and only visit, I will never eat here again. We ordered takeout over the phone. The first problem arose when I got there and the man behind the counter read off my order, I stopped him when he said sweet and sour chicken since I had ordered sweet and sour shrimp. When I had stopped him I told him that I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and Hunan beef. He stated," well we can do the shrimp, itll take a few minutes and its a dollar extra" I stated my surprise considering they messed up the order and now I have to pay extra while they fix it! After his lack to provide better customer service and the fact that I did not have time to wait. I paid then left. Upon arrival home I opened up my order and the gave me the sweet and sour chicken, plus shrimp & broccoli. NEITHER of which I ordered! Hence the horrible review. Then I tried the food which was even worse! There was nothing this place had to offer. The food was over greased, the chicken was dry, and the crab Rangoon was under filled and too much cream cheese. The shrimp and broccoli was horrible, it was shrimp, broccoli, and what seemed like store bought sauce. I warn anyone trying this place. Keep your expectations low and you actually might enjoy your experience. But if you are looking for a place to bring your business to continually, AVOID at all costs! Last but not least, do NOT order over the phone, the person on the other line needs a hearing aid.

My fiance and I have been ordering from this place for over a year. At first we were happy with the food and service, but it seems like things have been going downhill for a while. My last order took over an hour and a half to be delivered, the food was cold, and we werent given the items we ordered. This order came close to $50, so I was not pleased with the results. When I called and spoke to the manager, all he would offer was 20% off my next order. Since I was already thinking about finding a different Chinese delivery restaurant, I told him that I was considering taking my business elsewhere. He told me I could take the 20% off my next order, or not order from them anymore. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them anymore. This is the third order in a row which took close to an hour or more to be delivered, and the food quality has been going downhill. Coupled with the awful customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do also.

This has become my favorite Chinese restaurant around. I eat at Little Panda 2-3 times per month and I have never been disappointed with my food. I love the menu because they have some options other Chinese places in the area do not, like pineapple fried rice, miso soup and a few Thai dishes. I have had the egg drop soup, vegetable soup, sweet and sour soup, miso soup, crab rangoons, spring rolls, egg rolls, pad Thai, fried rice, a few of the chicken dishes, the lo Mein, and every vegetable dish. All if the food has had a lot of flavor. They have more vegetarian options than other Chinese places in the area as well. They also have bubble tea. The vegetables have always been fresh and never over cooked. The chicken is good quality. My order has never been wrong and, like I said, I go here regularly. Give it a try. Great lunch specials and dinner specials.

We only get delivery and have always been quite pleased. Online ordering so we can take our time and really think out what we want with the various choices that go with each order. Stuff that is supposed to be crispy is just that. Stuff that is supposed to be sweet is. The only disappointment we ever had was the Hong Kong Steak. The beef was very tender and tasty but I would not call it steak. We tried another place that sent a flyer. Sorry we did. Little Panda is our place for Chinese food.

This is place has the worst service. I have ordered from them online THREE times and every time they have claimed to have no history of the order when I call. They always apologize for the problem and say their website must be temporarily down, but the problem is never fixed. I have requested refunds for having to wait over 2 hours for my food and they claim they cant do anything to help me. I am not sure why we keep going back to such crappy service. I would not reccomend this restaurant to anyone.

With some of the highest quality Chinese food we have ever had, this little gem constantly impresses my wife and me everytime we stop in. The take out is quick with large portions, and eating in is even more enjoyable. The service has always been great and the prices are equally fair, especially considering the quality and amount of food. The meat is always tender and never full of chewy ligaments and fat pieces like most other Chinese food places. Best thing though--crab rangoons!!

Heard about this place from a coworker. Tried it and like it. We always went to China House in Villa Park (highly recommend! Dont let the outside appearance change your mind) but its way to far of a drive for us now. Little Panda is good, well priced and good portions. The reason for only 3 stars is bc the staff isnt the friendliest and the food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is really good and other times the rice is under cooked or the chicken is just dough.

Small small small, not fancy at all but not a dump either, four tables with plastic and wood chairs. Its one of those places that you order and pay at the counter and they bring you the food. Food was pretty good for this type of establishment, nothing that would blow you away but it shouldnt get you sick either. Nice selection and good prices, cant go wrong for a quick lunch or dinner for about $8-$20.

Most people dont know this restaurant is there because its hidden between a Dunkin Donuts and a Subway, but it is a wonderful place! The service is always great, but mostly, the food is delicious. It is NOT greasy. Great flavors, great presentation, generous portions. Had a bowl of egg drop soup and a bean curd with vegetables and rice dish - all for under $9. This is the best Chinese food in town.

We decided on Panda and the drive through line wrapped around the building and the line inside was to the door. We went inside and ordered our meal s when it was our time and needed to wait for the broccoli and beef. When we got home to eat, there was extra sides of the broccoli and beef!! Amazing service even though they were extremely busy!! We will be going back again!!

I was persuaded to come here instead of subway, stepping inside you find yourself in a vibrant environment. The walls a wasabi green, displaying portraits of their dishes with a nice contrast to it. Once the dish arrived;shortly after ordering it did not disappoint in taste, appearance, the plating was clean yet elegant. Definently coming back...today.
