Ive been coming to this restaurant since it opened in the early 90s. But lately even take out has been an issue. Is either they forget to pack an item on your order. Or the order is incorrect. I used to love the service here. The food has always been on point. Obviously if the Chef changes you can tell the flavor would be different, but even so I had always given this place 5 stars until a few weeks ago. I had family visit from the south. I brought them there after calling and making sure they could fit 10 guest. Well Joel who is usually terrific was not himself this time. One person taking care of the entire floor from 6PM until 7:45PM. Its crazy, Ive waited for two hrs to get our food. The order was messed up not once, but 3 times that evening. And we got the blame. Saying that our ordering process was too confusing for Joel. Really??? Any ways, I will never come back. The owner has been lacking with getting Joel help and the service went from bad to worst. I will miss their delicious food dearly. But at times service is as important as the flavor of your food. Especially if you are catering to big parties.

My wife loves this place and the food is delicious but we had a bad experience last time we came here when i asked for a appetizer to be broght as soon as possible the server said it wont be that fast so the order of fries came last after the main food came out. It was 12 of us so we told the kids to sit next to us on a separate table and the guy said right away they cant sit there they have to sit in the same table. Problem with that is that u can only fit 8 people on that table. 3rd i ask for a pitcher of coke refill and he told me he cant refill the pitcher. Really bad service im guessing the guy was frustrated cause he was doing everything by himself, but even if you were frustrated never ever treat the clients like that we are the ones that you are making money off. And we still left a 15% tip.

At the job I work we eat out alot. When we hear of different restaurants that supposedly have delish food. We will try. So I ordered for only 3 of us (2 co-workers and myself). Granted we ordered small portions but the portion sizes were very small. Also the egg rolls were dripping in grease, I called back because I ordered the egg rolls with meat, the guy on phone said the meat was in there but we took one apart and none. The Shrimp fried rice was dry! So was the Sesame chicken! Only thing nice was they serve lots of veggies in the beef egg foo young. Very disappointed, we were hoping to be able to explore a new menu. We probably wont be ordering here again and probably wont recommend to fellow co-workers.

Absolutely horrid dine-in experience last night. The owner(?) literally threw the menus down on the table while grumbling that they arent the only Chinese restaurant in town. This was 6-8 minutes after we sat down. We then proceeded to watch while 3 tables that came in after us were greeted, brought drinks, menus, & had their orders taken. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored we left & had a great time across town at the Bangkok House. Its really a shame, Weve enjoyed this place for 15 years but the service has really dropped off in the last year & this experience just tops it off. Previously loyal customers who will never be going back again.

We order delivery 2-3 times a week from this restaurant. Why? Because its delicious!!!! Ive never had a won ton soup with such an amazing, light, flavorful broth! My husband gets the egg drop soup every time. I try and eat a wide variety of things off the menu, the only time I was disappointed was when I got the Shrimp in Spicy Tomato Sauce. Spicy was a major understatement! Otherwise every single dish has been fresh and extremely tasty. I cant say enough about this restaurant, it ROCKS!!!!

This was just one hundred% terrible dilivery service the driver was rude the sweet and sour chicken. Had more bell peppers than chiken. Never again . When I called to let them know they forgot two sodas the man was rude claimed he wouldnt dilivery to my house again and it wasnt his fault he was just he one that took my order I feel like one star is one to many . Worst experience Ive had by far . Wen she finally came back with the sodas almost 30 minutes later she banged on the door.

Probably the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered the food for pickup and when I got home I realized that I had made a mistake of choosing this place. Sweet and sour chicken in my opinion is one of the most basic things that a Chinese restraunt makes. The chicken was mixed with the vegetables and all of it was stale. The chicken fried rice was bland. And the price was insane. $17 for sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice. Will not be returning.

The food is good but you have one person taking care outs and eating tables. Service is slow . You guys need more people working. My husband and I came in one weekend. We ordered drinks that was on the menu. He sayed he didnt have time to make them. Told us to order somthing else that was simpler To make. HIS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. BAD FOR BUSINESS. YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE WAITERS.

The management refuses do things like put sauce on the side (sweet n sour chicken) when asked to do any modifications to food the plain out refuse and turn extremely rude. Used to order from here regularly but I have had 1 too many bad experiences trying to order food for pick up. Oh and they always insist they are out of chopsticks. Will not go back again

Ive never had anything but good food here. They know my family by name and they have The best pot stickers I have ever had. Their whole Menu is wonderful. I cannot heap enough praise on this place. I live out of town now but this is still my favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere.

One of the Best chinese Food here. Whole family come from chicago just to eat here. Almost an hour drive but its worth it. My dad worked a few minutes from here. We have been coming here for a long time. Now i bring my daughter an wife here and they love it to.

Came for the lunch buffet, was very disappointed. Everything was barely warm and food was very greasy. Nothing at all was replenished, was not able to get more than one chicken wing. This place was highly recommended to us, but we will not be back.

Our family has been going here for almost 20 years. I love Chinese food and have been to China Towns from Chicago to Seattle to San Francisco. The food hear is some of the best I have ever tasted. Dont let the circuses fool you, the food is excellent.
