very disappointing panera experience. When I first walked in the restaurant, the rude cashier directed us to use the kiosk. The kiosk was very difficult to use. The food was below panera standards. The cream of chicken and wild rice was as thick as Campbells soup and there were numerous hairs on my turkey bravo sandwich. Avoid this panera at all costs.

Great location! Plenty of parking, easy access right off Skokie Blvd. Food was delicious! I had one of their new salads, Green Goddess Cobb Salad. The GM recommended it because of the fresh dressing they used. Definitely getting it again! There was plenty of tables, open ceilings, and a lot of natural light. Staff members were polite and hospitable.

excellent Panera! We came in there for lunch since we work down the street and everyone there was pleasant, good food, not a long wait and clean. We had catering delivered to our work as well, that was convenient and came out perfect! We will be using that from now on.

Nice store, clean and quiet. However the food to me is mediocre at best and a little bit pricey. I think my $5.39 soup bread bowl was less than 4oz of tasty soup.
