Dont get me wrong, most of the people that work here are wonderful. But it only takes one bad egg to ruin an omelet, and I have to say there is one person in particular here who is consistently rude to me. Other people who go here have identified the same person as being an assclown, so I know its not just me. In fact, I know one person who complained about said person to the manager here. With the economy being so bad, Im not sure why Starbucks tolerates such bad behavior.

Not my favorite SBux location. 1) the location stinks as in not easy to access or find parking. Usually Im parked around the corner near Panera. Not good if you like to keep an eye on your car. 2) service can be good to lousy. Its a mixed bag and I never know what to expect. The lack of consistency keeps me from being a regular customer. Everything else is fine but it is a little cramped if you plan to do some work at this spot.

I do not like coming here. I moved into the neighborhood in September this year and the staff is rude, they take forever to make your drink. They messed up my drink On more than one occasion and this is the only Starbucks Ive had a problem with. Even my boyfriend went there the other day to tell me his horrible experience. No smiles except to the customers they see I guess a lot. Not a fan

Completely messed up my order asked for a mocha frap no whip cream wants a mocha frap and had whip cream then asked to take off whip cream they didnt make a new one but in front of my eyes took the cap off with whipcream and put a new Capp just so that he didnt make a new once never coming back here again

I come to this location a lot and never had a problem. Until two of the workers that had made me drinks ended up not tasting right. The first one I had mentioned to and she had made me a new one. The new drink was worse then the first one that she handed to me. It was disappointing

I dont mind lines and I expect them at this starbucks. But I realized I order then 10 other people order after me, all of them well get their drinks before me. This happens often to me. I will never go back to starbucks after this discrimination, lost a customer for life. ...

They have good and bad days. I live clise by so I am a frequent customer there. Usually I am happy with the service there but lately theyve been going down. Long lines, unorganized at times, sometimes I have to leave because I cannot aford staying in line.

Was just yelled at for asking if i could have a couple of ice cubes in my Americano after she gave me the drink. Really? Its not like there was someone after me that would have lost 3 seconds of not having their drink in hand.

I go here often because its close to home. I like that it has multiple entrance ways into the mall so that I dont HAVE to use the entrance that is closest to the Starbucks store front. Service as always been nice.

Coffee is not fresh , mixed from day before . Staff is pooring little above 3/4 of cup ONLY . Store is open very often 30-40 min late ! Staff with N attitude- should have more " customer services training ".
