Utterly disappointed! When we arrived, the greater was not at his/her station...we had to make our way into the restaurant before someone seated us. Once seated, we did get our water and complimentary chips/salsa basket, but it was a while before a waiter took our order. The wait for our food was pretty bad, and only after we got up and headed to find the manager did our food arrive. Once we got our food, we were dissapointed. My mole was lukewarm and my wifes fajitas were not even sizzling. Apparently the waiter did not serve them when they were done as he was servicing a large group.....never again. Save your money and patronize another restaurant!

I went there yesterday with my parents, brother, and 2 nephews. I dont recommend going here unless you have a lot of time. We waited over 20 minutes to be approached and asked for a drink order. We had to ask 3 times for chips and salsa. It took forever to get our drinks. 2 of the meals were wrong. My dads burrito was wrong and cold. When they brought him the correct burrito, it seemed to be carelessly thrown together and he said it wasnt very good. We had to ask twice for our bill. From the time we walked in the door until we received the bill, we were there almost 2 hours. The food was good. But the service needs much improvement.

The food was good, not great. Son & husband had steak fajitas they enjoyed. My Chimmichunga ( sp) was dry and little flavor. The service was wonderful, very professional and sweet. However $90 for a late lunch for 3? with 2 adult beverages 1 beer & a large margarita. I was hoping for a nice local place to eat, but the prices are too high. I understand the overhead cost the owners have to deal because of the size of their location, & the remodeling costs. I dont see people making it a weekly I dont want to cook lets go out destination.

We went for dinner on a Friday night around 7:30 and were immediately seated in the outside eating area. We were brought chips and salsa immediately and got our Margaritas faster than Ive ever gotten a drink at a restaurant before! My boyfriend loved his steak and chicken fajitas, but my red snapper fajitas were a bit overcooked. Great guacamole though and the Margaritas were fabolous! We will definitely eat there again!

If I could give them lower than a one star, I would. Food was terrible. Service was horrendous, (one lady for half the restaurant, she was great but so over worked.) Seriously, the food was TERRIBLE. The worst though, was an employee swore at my wife and myself. We notified management and absolutely NOTHING was done. I will never go there again, and Ill direct everybody away.

We have been going to Las Palmas since they opened in Mundelein. We almost always get carryout and the service is very fast. Love the steak taco salad, fajitas, and spicy salsa with chips. They have so many menu items and my whole family likes their food.

The food was horrible, I ordered tacos. Looks like the forgot to dragon the meat. It had more juice than most beef sandwiches. We always go there, never had a problem. Will give it another chance. If we have another bad experience again, will not go back.

Great molé sauce! Staff is so nice; we only go there maybe once a month but they always remember my family and I, shake my hand, ask how weve been. Just a great place. And after being closed for about 2.5 years, theyre back open! HUZZAH!

I have been there for the past 4 years and never disappointed. The food is awesome, service great. It is my favorite restaurant in the Lake County area. The one in McHenry is very good also. You will leave satisfied.

Food was good but service was extremely slow. Took us 3 hours to eat here. Luckily, I brought snacks for my kids, because they were getting hangry. I dont live in the area, so not likely to return anyway.
