CRAPTASTIC. This is NOT a corporate chain location, so whatever standards they should be following go right out the window. Last night it took 45 minutes to get an appetizer and another HOUR to get our entre for 2 of us (grilled chicken and fries, not tough). Both arrived COLD. Wine selection is abysmal... if you like red, you get your choice of MERLOT or CABERNET. Server will not know the brand. Service is good depending on who you get, but the management should be fired. They cant keep good help, and dont seem to care what your experience is. The place was packed for some reason,(mostly college ball games and looked like a youth hockey tournament thought this was a convenient stop), but customers were bussing their own tables, only ONE bartender, with no bar back. If you want to check out ballgames, and need to eat good food, there is a Chilis right next door that excels where this place drags. I hope it closes down so we can get something decent in this spot. What a waste of space.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings basically only to watch sports with my friends. The staff is great, and the food is definitely overpriced, but good. What really gets me is that they dont have the Mayweather vs. Mcgregor super fight because it would be "to expensive" is an absolute joke. The staff should have to deal with pissed customers (who are right to be angry), and as a former server I know this is a reality. The fact that you charge $25 for a mediocre order of wings is fine, but I expect more service and better customer service from the ownership group of this franchise. You are some cheap old man, and fortunately there are other franchised around which will now have my business. Hopefully this was a helpful review. In other words, take an extra 5 min and go to another Bdubs, bot Vernon Hills.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. We went in to order for take out. After we order our food our cashier told us we could take a seat and we asked if we could sit and order drinks in the dining and she said yes. We sat at our table for over 20 minutes while server after server passed our table helping the tables directly beside us and in front of us. The servers stared at us and even pointed in our direction so obviously they were aware we were there but STILL ignored us. My boyfriend even flagged down a server and asked to get drinks and he said yes however he NEVER returned to our table but still made his stops at the table beside us. We were there close to 30 minutes and only one server after 25 minutes offered to get us a drink. Awful service. Will never return.

Walked in and had no help to get seated as they were starring at us... then as we finally got seated there was garbage on almost all of the tables in the main area. The host almost didnt have anywhere to seat us, not to mention they made no attempt to clean the tables for at least the first 20min that we were there. As we were eating, there were two girls who were standing at the take out registers because they werent given their receipt for a long time.They waited at the registers for at least 10min. Then, another couple wasnt seated for 10min either until the host came back from a potential break. The waiter made no attempt to help or get the help that the customers needed. The food was good and pretty fast, just the service is horrible.

The worst! Group of 6 customers. Got here at 640pm. Waited 30 min for waitress to come to table. She was going to all the tables around us but not ours. Finally came and took our order. Now weve waited 50 min and still no wings. Waitress never said what is taking so long. Finally manager walked by. Manager said someone ordered 600 wings, kitchen backed up. Im sorry but diners in restaurant come first. Its a Tuesday night, its not busy. We are starving. We are seriously considering leaving without eating. I will never come back here.

Typical Northshore Suburban B-Dubs. Forget about good service here. Some times I call for pick up, they put me on hold and never pick the phone up. You have to sometimes actively find someone to get seating. Your better off yelling at the server who is just hanging out with other employees to get his or her attention. The wings are the same as anywhere else. Its the only place that opens late around the area so I guess beggars cant be choosers. At least they have a lot of screens.

Worst experience ever, we ordered drinks some apps and desserts because we were killing some time before a movie, Nachos were bad dont order them, tacos were small but decent, coffee was cold so i had to wait 10 minutes for a new hot cup of coffee, cream or sugar was never offered, beer were good, server was good but honestly they need to be more on top of what they are doing, besides all this the place smells funny and its dirty.

So far weve been lucky with our servers. There is one guy I always hope we dont get. Hes so cheap about giving us an extra ranch sauce or more carrots for my 5 yr son. That guy is not too smart. Hes losing his tip % from a customer. We always get spicy garlic and hot bbq. Very good combo. We were really sad they discontinued jamin jalapeño. That sauce was very good! Good thing I bought a bottle before I found out they discontinued it.

Stated they where open until 1:00am when we called. We arrived at 12:00am and as we walked in they were closing down no one said hi or greeted us. With my spouse being a manager at a buffalo wild wings in the milwaukee area and I used to work as a greeter I found this very annoying. It was obvious no one wanted to help us or take our order we ended up leaving because no one wanted to take our order.

BDubs is always a great go to place so we were really SHOCKED and disappointed that on a Friday night at 10pm in the summer, the Vernon Hills location was closed for the night! What-the-wha?! Zero cars in the parking lot and the staff was cleaning and closing. Total bummer! A note to the manager, it looked like the neighboring Chilis got several of your customers tonight except for us, we went home.

Best experience ever by a waitress her name was Alina, there was a problem with the credit cards not working and Alina did not miss a beat made us feel comfortable and took care of us so fast and couldnt have been so sweet and nice even tho there was a problem with the c.c cards. Can not wait to come back and be served by Alina #BEST WAITRESS EVER!!!!

Nice clean place, dont usually have to wait long for a visit. Have yet to have bad wings here, always delicious. Fried pickles are a must, they set the standard for fried pickles. Drinks arent too expensive, they have angry Orchard on tap which is great. Attentive bar staff. Crane game is a total scam, avoid like the plague unless you want sad kids.
