I had an amazing customer service experience here. I ordered online, and shortly after, I received a phonecall saying they were unfortunately out of tofu which I had in both meals Id ordered. They gave me a list of alternatives I could do to compensate. I asked for a bowl of tomato soup. When I got to the restaurant, the manager (her name MAY have been Tiffany..) was super nice and apologetic. I was refunded the money for the tofu, was given extra vegetables in the entrees, was given my tomato soup and flathead. I dont think Ive ever received such generous customer service as I did at this restaurant.

Noodles is great. Prices are more like a sit-down, but you dont have the tip added on. Portion sizes are a bit small, but are high in calories, watch out if thats a concern.

Got my food and chicken was thin and dry and so was my daughter. Potstickers sicked. They smash thin. Took forever to get our food. LITH location too. Sucked!!!

Changed their menu. Not as good as it used to be. Twice in a row they did not have the type of noodle that should be in my order. Probably wont return.

Wow! Noodles were cold. Soup was cold. Chicken was cold. Pork Sandwich had mostly cabbage. Bread was stale. I really like Noodles but this was sub par.

Ordered a plate. They had big tomatoes in it from cause. My son hates tomatoes. When I tried to exchange it they told me I have to pay for it.
