I have been going to Golden Wok for decades. It is the best Chinese food I have ever found, and I have eaten Chinese food in many cities in the US. It has better food than eating in China, and is like the food I had at good restaurants in Hong Kong. The decor sets the tone of a real Chinese experience with Muis photos of Hong Kong, where I have been, along with Chinese artwork. The meals are delicious, and everything has the right taste. The sweet and sour is tangy and not too sweet. The light sauces do not overpower the other ingredients. The dark sauces are rich and creamy and very flavorful. It is the only place I will order Singapore rice noodles. They are fantastic, with plenty of shrimp. There is always ample meat in all dishes. The vegetables are fresh and not overcooked. The portions are beyond ample. We usually have enough to eat our fill and still bring enough home for another meal. My friends didnt believe me until they tried Golden Wok, and they agree that everything I said is true. They also have a luncheon buffet. Some of my friends now insist on meeting for lunch instead of dinner since they devour the all you can eat food, egg rolls, bbw chicken wings, crab Rangoon, and dessert. When you go, say Hi to Ken the owner from Diane!

If you knew what I know, I owned the offices next to restaurant. They have been shut down so many times for bugs and mice, that the last straw was shut down twice during inspection time. I met the inspector and he told about some of the conditions he found inside. My wife and I were eating here 2 times each week as it was next door. After we found out about the troubles I spoke to Kang and he said all restaurants have same problems. NOT WHERE WE EAT !!! We did find food that is as good as here without the critters, try New Hong Kong next to 7-11 on 31st.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for many years and i was highly dissapointed when I called in and they now refuse to deliver to my house 4 miles away even when i explained i have an awful cold and could not leave my house and that i would pay extra for delivery and tip well. there are too many other restaurants in the neighborhood. if you do not want my business that is your problem i will now go out of my way to let people know how bad the service is to your customers at your crappy little restaurant. Jerks.

Food: Big portions, hot and tasty for an excellent (lunch) price. I liked the special Kow as it has all meats and shrimp. I also like the option not to use MSG. The buffet is also great if you are really hungry. Decor: The only reason I rated this low and something I think can be fixed by management, is the strong smell of bathroom deodorant emanating into the dining area. Service: Excellent: Attentive, fast and the MSG option. I no longer eat here much as the quality of food has gone down since I wrote this review.

1st time and I told them so. First a lady cuts in front because she says shes busy. The food was overcooked, no sauce came with my fried dumpling and I ordered pan fried noodles and instead got a bag of chowmein noodles. Very disappointed. I heard good things. Not sure if Id give them another chance or not. Cost a lot of money for take out to get home and be so disappointed. I ate a little and threw out the rest. Sad!!!

Standard American-Chinese menu. Some things are good, some not so much. My favorites: Rumaki, Beef Chow Mein, Egg Foo Yung. Their Dry Style Beef Chow Fun is the best version Ive ever had. Most of the noodle dishes are "meh", as is the General Tsos Chicken, usually one of my mainstays.

For a while now the food has been so so but not tonight, Golden Wok is back and whoever was in the kitchen was on fire. Tonights meal is why we keep coming back. Do what you need to , keep that chef, dont let he / she get away.
