So I had them deliver the food to my house and when the delivery driver showed up with my food he called me to let me know that he was in front of my residence which is a house. So I go to my front door to meet him and he gets out of the car and starts to walk to my front door which is two feet from his car. So as he gets to hand me my food he stops and reach into his pocket to pull out his keys to turn on the alarm on his car which is 2 feet from my door. Im looking at him like if you feel that unsafe you need to find another profession. If I wanted to steal your car Ill just go in your pocket and take your keys and turn the alarm back off!!! Get it together See Thru Kitchen....

So I called and placed a order for delivery and called rite back to cancel and the lady just hung up on me. That is very rude and not good for business, cause they dont know and didnt care to ask the reason and when I called back to ask why did she hang up they kept picking the phone up hanging up, they should be appreciative that I had consideration to call and cancel instead of waisting they food and time.. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEY AGAIN AND I WAS A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER

The first time I had their food it was delivered. I was disappointed that my food went to the garbage. I only really eat from the Chinese restaurant from the neighborhood, which if you from Bellwood. Thatll be Bellwood Chinese! Lol they are/were AWSOME!!!!! Recently I have them another try and I must say I enjoyed. The only meal I order are the orange chicken and vegetable fried rice. Thats why I gave them 3 stars. They still wont top Bellwood Chinese

I asked for Mongolian beef no vegetables lunch special they send me plastic container with both my rice and beef inside and as you can see in picture my rice is saturated in the sauce disgusting looking like some type soup. My rice was all soggy.so I then call them they put me on hold for 10 min then hang up I call back 5 times and they never answered me. But they were sure good enough to charge my card . very poor customer service .# No Starz

I was not expecting this place to amount to much. Recommended by the desk at the extended stay hotel i thought i would give it a shot in the dark. Food came in 15 minutes, piping hot, and was GREAT.... a lot more than i expected too... enough for 3 meals at least. I would definitely order from here again. Delivery driver was kind and courteous and im very glad they check credit card and ID!

Delivery to our hotel, vegetable fried rice had one piece of broccoli and little else. Panda Express has better fried rice and more veggies. They didnt bring any mustard (despite request) and only two packs of soy sauce for a big order. Called right after delivery at 7:45 and no one will answer now.

I would rate them negative 100 I found a bristle in my rice... u know the thing u scrub pots and pans with.. Im a long time customer and today I made up my mind Im never ordering from there again... plus the food was gross this time soooo disappointed

I was a long time customer.... Tonight they lost a good customer. .Food was disgusting..From the rice being gooey and not fresh to egg rolls being not fresh..very disappointed.. Seems like they may have changed management. Be aware
