This chipotle location is probably the worst Ive ever been to in my life. The service is awful. And I think "awful" is still being generous. Everything is an up-charge at this location, which is very different from any other chipotle Ive ever attended. Besides the fact that they over cooked my childs cheese quesadilla, TWICE, making it inedible. The girls serving food/behind the counter were giving quarter servings of all of the food, and upset when I asked for more steak after being served 6 little nuggets of steak (seriously, 6 pieces) on my rice bowl. I waited all night for dinner, depending on a great experience, and this chipotle LET ME DOWN. Seriously - EPIC FAILURE.

Its a standard Chipotle. Word of advice for parents whose children enjoy eating here though - always check your guacamole. Several times now, I have had the peel of the avocados in my guacamole. Its annoying, when you pay over three dollars for a product, but its harmless... unless your child is eating it. I just pulled a half-an-inch ROCK from where its stem was (the hard piece) out of my mouth after I about broke a tooth trying to enjoy a bite. My toddler wouldve easily choked on this. Their quality control seems to be an issue so just take heed and enjoy the loveliness! ETA: their portions have gotten so, so small. Steer clear and try other Chipotles in the area.

Came around lunch time. They ran out of fried veggies and were working on it. lol Its peak of lunch hrs. and there is a line of about 20 people. The amount of chicken she put on my burrito is not even worth mentioning. I asked for more, she said I would get charged extra. I asked for guacamole on the side, they put it on my burrito. Good thing the lady at the register realized that the amount of chicken on my burrito is way too little, so she added another scoop. Thats why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Not going back again.

Consistently the worst Chipotle Ive been to. Burritos are half the size of most Chipotles because if they make a normal sized burrito, they rip the tortilla and have to rewrap it. Its disastrous. The line backs up because when one person has a problem, no one steps in to help. And I dont expect every Chipotle to have smiling, friendly staff, but the first guy didnt even look at me and the only words he said were "what do you want". The good news is Ive finally used up my Chipotle gift cards so Im not going back.

This is definitely our go to for "faster" food. We get this at least once every week or so. While I cant get enough of the chicken burrito bowl, this location can use some significant improvement. Their portions are inconsistent and frequently smaller then other locations. You have to either wait in a long line because of slow service or because they dont have enough meat to meet demand. While I cant get enough Chipotle, I wish there was a closer location to go to besides this one!

They ran out of sour cream, so I asked if I could get free guacamole as compensation for driving to this location and not getting what I wanted. They said no, which was fine but then proceeded to add guacamole and charge me for it when I did not want it. Terrible customer service overall.

Downhill since I last visited in mid-2016. Ridiculously smaller portions and not enough service. Already prepared meals stacked up as they were doing new ones - getting cold since no one could take our money from us. Confusion over orders. Used to love this place. SAD!

Chipotle is great, of course. This location however serves pretty small portions. If youre looking for a price performer, youll have to constantly ask for a little more of everything. I sometimes get a little attitude, so I pick my battles.

Love the organic mission. Very lean steak. Great environment, but the food quality separates this grill from any other. There are 2 kinds of people, those who like Chipotle and those who have never had the steak soft taco. Wow!
