Definitely my favorite place at the mall. Panera always has freshly baked goods and fantastic soups for good prices. I almost always come here whenever I come to the Joliet Mall and have never had any bad food or experience. My only problem is that they seem to get names mixed up very easily so watch the counter for your food. Ive had them get the name for my food wrong three times and its not like my name is even complicated.

so about a week ago, I was out with my friends and accidently dropped my phone in between the seats, and couldnt get It out. a very nice manager named Dave was really nice and calm about the whole situation, and helped me immediately. also, the food and service is great, and I received my food within 30 seconds of ordering! great staff, clean place, great food. totally recommend!

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Sometimes it will be really crowded or they might run out of something, but the staff is friendly and considerate. The bathrooms are usually some of the nicer ones in the mall, too.

Catering group at Joliet mall does a great job accommodating needs. I have ordered from the dozens of times and only once did they make a small error which they fixed immediately. Great service.
