If you havent already been here then what the hell are you waiting for. The outside is modest, the inside is anything but! Modern yet cozy, the furniture is comfortable to sit at the bar, at a table or in the VIP. The bar has enough tvs to satisfy your sports craving, and there is ample space to accommodate large parties. Then on the weekend the dance floor is unveiled and the bands and Djs come to play. They feature live bands, Djs and latin dancing 3 days a week! The drinks are strong, the food is delicious and theres tequila and whiskey! What more do you need? Go...there.... Now...

I go to Rubs every Tues for Taco Tuesday and a delicous margarita. Demir, my waiter, is knowledgable and friendly. I wish more people would try this place, but the location is a little obscue. The fire roasted salsa is delicous, i really havent been disappointed in anything Ive tried and I tried about everything, even dessert. They also have a nice tequilla selection and aboaut 35 beers on tap.The bar has penty of TVs where I will be watching the 7th game of the world series tonight. Go Cubs!!!

RUBI AGAVE IS A MUST. I have never had better experience. Margaritas are great, $1 Tuesday beef tacos are a mouth gobbler. I never give 5 stars and I love food.... must say something MUST VISIT - I have worked in customer service my entire life. I do hair and am a product sales woman. Also, my father owns a business for 35+years ~ so its truly in my blood. GREAT ENVIRONMENT AND SERVICE. Dont miss out on lovely music, service, environment and food!!!

I love Mezcal and Tequila and many places in the south suburbs dont have a good selection. Rubi Agave has an excellent selection of both! I havent been disappointed with any of the food and I find myself always ordering the coconut shrimp. Absolutely delicious. Demir who is always behind the bar when I visit is very knowledgeable and always making recommendations when Im looking to try a new tequila. All this makes it one of my go-to spots....

Great Miami feel to it. The food is great! We had the lasagna, chimichangas, and tamales. Beautiful presentation on all dishes. Tvs to watch sports, wait staff was in the ball with clearing our dirty dishes and filling drinks. My parents are regulars and I was visiting them from out of town. They couldnt wait to take us there and I now cant wait to return the next time we are in town again.

Came in on a Monday night. Got the red carpet treatment. Took a tequila flight and learned about different tequilas. The staff were incredibly friendly. Cant wait to come back. I think Monday is the only quiet night. Music the other days of the week and line dancing with lessons on Thursday. The owner also said that they do not normally charge a cover.

Love the armosphere, its feels like your on a cruise ship. Lots of welcoming regulars. The food is absolutely amazing and the drinks are spectacular. I had the churrasco sudamericano, their version of a skirt steak, and a cocunut mojito. I then had the copa- banana bites for desert. OMG, im in love.. Just go...

What a great place. Best enchiladas I have ever had. Its so close to home for me. We were treated so well. I will definitely make it a regular hang out. Heard the night life is fun there. Nothing better than great food and friendly staff during the dinner hours and music and dance all night!

Place has a great decor inside. Great music and tvs. Food is ok. Drinks are good. That being said, drink prices seem to vary, and the quality of the crowd has gone a bit seedy. Friendliness of service is completely unpredictable. Its a shame because the place is really nice inside.

The food was great. It was a nice atmosphere. We were there on a night when their was not a big game so I am not sure if the environment is different on a game night. The service was good, helpful but not hovering. The drinks were great! Will be going back

I have a fairly long laundry list of reasons for my rating. In short, the parking is terrible, the food is very over priced, the service is slow, and the managers are at best indifferent to their patrons. A better value can definitely be found elsewhere.

Loved how Demir answered all our questions was very very helpful and genuine . Mojitos and marguaritas were excellent along with the guacamole and best tamales ever. Will definitely go there again !My group of five all loved their food and drink choices!

The food is delish and the atmosphere is nice! On the weekend, the atmosphere has a club feel to it....the lighting, dj and dance floor! Great for larger groups too! Demir is wonderful at putting it all together. Ruby is very attentive!

Great little gem that appears to be a "secret" still. Great food, very tasty and really good drinks. The service has been so slow the last few times we have been here. Fix the servers and it would be much better

No seats at the bar.... took a while for the drinks.... hostess refused to let us sit at a table because the waitress was leaving at 9pm on a Friday night! Bright side the margarita was delicious!

Came to this restaurant 10 minutes before and ended up waiting past our reservation 1 hour ridiculous. Very irritating. Dont come if you expect on time seating better off going to Coopers Hawk!
