I come here every week for pool on tuesdays. the waitresses are always super nice, although they seem to cycle through waitresses frequently. The reason they do, and the reason this place only received 3 stars from me, is the management is literally the biggest piece of trash Ive ever encountered in the restaurant industry. Just like others have said, there were advertisements that were at least a year old in the triangular stands on the tables. my friends and i did not see any date, and ordered the drinks according to the advertisement. even the waitress said "well if its on here, we kind of have to honor right?" not only did we receive the wrong type of/cheaper alcohol in the drink, but we were not honored the drink at the advertised price, which we were told it would be. the waitress talked to the manager, and the manager said the ad was a mistake (just as others on these reviews have shown), and...even though the mistake was on their end, we were not given the advertised price. instead of just taking off the 2$ on the drink (we spent at least 80$ minimum that night), the manager came over and argued with us, and accused us of pulling out old advertisements from the inside of the triangular stands (if they are old, and you are managing a restaurant properly, you remove old ads. period. end of story). he said he knows he saw us do it (obviously we didnt), and then tried to claim he leaves them in there to hold up the new ads (complete lie, as plenty didnt have old ads behind them). we even found other stands and showed him the old ads in the front of them, and he had nothing constructive to say, and acted like its ok that there are old ads everywhere. instead of apologizing, accepting he was wrong (even IF he was right, you dont argue with loyal customers over 2$. EVER, especially when they clearly have the ads in front of you. we didnt make our own ads...), and just making it right, he fought us tooth and nail until he finally just took the 2$ off. all of these reviews talking about the management are 100% spot on. this guy is a clown, and needs to be fired (i reeeeeally hope he isnt an owner, and is just a manager). rude, condescending, angry, and a downright liar. that being said, the drinks are always tasty, and they have decent specials on certain nights, and pool is free on tuesdays with a purchase of 2 beverages. the pizza is good quality. the waitresses are friendly and attentive. as long as you clarify the prices you are paying before ordering your stuff, you should have an ejoyable time here. but if you see a tall, scruffy bearded, slighty tanned skin guy walking around like he hates his life with a pyramid shirt on, avoid him at all costs. biggest douche bag i have ever met in this industry. if it werent for the free pool, id never come here again after this experience.

I went in last Friday to use a Living Social voucher (like a Groupon) and I was told it had already been used. I told them that there has been a mistake because I had never even been there before. They pulled out a stack of the printed vouchers and I told them I guarantee that none of those had my name. They took a minute to look into it and told me they had it written down that I had used it. Before I could even try to reason with them, the manager started yelling at me (not kidding). He was screaming for me to get out and that he would call the cops if I did not leave. It was very embarrassing, I asked to speak with his boss, and he said he owned the place. I was very calm, even while he was yelling, and tried to explain there had been a mistake and he just walked away from me. Needless to say, I did not get to use my voucher. The other owner (apparently co-owned by brothers) came near the end and was at least civil. Although, he kept saying there is nothing he could do. I told him that we would take just some of what we were supposed to get, and he just kept saying no. The other employees were just shaking their heads because it was clear that these two owners/managers/were disrespectful and had no idea how to treat a customer. Avoid this horrible place.

We wanted to have a big party for 250 or more people, have fun and celebrate, but not have to pay like it was a wedding. This place was absolutely perfect. They have plenty of room, with tables and chairs. I got to have a mixed age crowd, kids included- no problem. We had the buffet with pizza, pasta and salad and we ran a tab that we would pay for the bar drinks for four hours. It was great and really affordable. Exactly what we wanted. The staff is great. Our waitresses were so fast and helpful for our guests. We got nothing but compliments on the food and the staff from a lot of our guests. We were there the day after one of our big summer storms hit, and the entire block lost power for the first hour of the party, but George and the staff kept it together for us and we were able to get back to normal as soon as power went back up. Our food went out quickly and our guests really enjoyed the party. They all raved about the pizza. We really cant say enough about how happy we were. Thanks to George and Debbie and the rest of The Pyramid Club Staff.

Worst place ever! First time there. We received our pool balls and we were told to go to table 1 which already had balls on it. Then we waited for 5 minutes before having to go to the bar for a drink. The special on the table stated 16 Oz aluminum Miller Lite for June and July for $3. When I asked the bartender he had no clue. Then he said it was a mistake. They ran out. Mind you this was June 11th, 11 days into the promotion. After I brought this up , it was made clear to me that my license was expired and I could no longer drink after already being served a beer. I would never suggest anyone come here after the way I was treated!

I have never been disappointed with this place until today. I ordered for delivery like I do every week and after I placed my order I received a call. It was Pyramid calling back. I was told I was "too far" for delivery. I think it is very unprofessional to have different policies depending on the day I call. The very first time I ordered I asked if I would be able to order delivery and was told I could. The funny thing is that I was able to order through Grubhub if I wanted to but trust me I will never be ordering again. Found a better place to order from and they will be getting my business from now on.

Went for a nice game of pool. Each table had advert for June & July special of $3.00 Miller Light, Blue Moon and a third beer in cans. G/F ordered $3.00 Miller Light cans and was told by bartender that he was unaware of the special. G/F showed him the advert and he claims it was an old advert. He even asked the waitress if she knew anything about it and she was also clueless. So they advertise a beer special and refused to honor it. We were first time customers but this establishment will no longer get any business from us. Stay away. This place is shady!!!
