I eat here almost every week (buffet). The staff are friendly, the food is fresh and hot, and the ambiance is what you would expect from a mid-tier restaurant. The food is typical American-Chinese with ample vegetable-meat dishes as well as your standard egg rolls, cheese rangoons, etc. The price is higher than what you would pay at a fast-food joint, but far less than what you would pay for an appetizer and entree most anywhere else.

Fast, courteous service. Food was hit or miss by a mile. The crab Rangoon was good. Sweet and sour chicken was extra greasy, dry and the sauce was way off, mostly tasting like green peppers and very thin sauce. General Tsaos chicken was inedible, fried rice inedible, steamed rice wasnt that good, do you know how hard it is to mess up cooking rice in a rice cooker! We threw out 80%of our order. So dissatisfied entirely.

The Royal Garden is "hidden away" but the food and service are well worth discovering this top notch Chinese restaurant. Lunch buffets are superb, with all fresh and tasty entrees to include soup & egg rolls. Dinners and menu items are always plentiful and appealing. We do carry out at times, but the atmosphere makes the Royal Garden ideal for a business lunch or an intimate dinner for two.

Went for the lunch buffet and had a wonderful meal. Atmosphere and music were both superb and the wait staff was quickly available. Its a pretty typical buffet as far as choices, but the food was quite delicious. For take out and delivery, the portions are usually on the large side and they are very quick. Definitely my favorite Chinese around the Bayshore area

Chinese food is my ultimate favorite but its some out there thats not worth buying. This was my 1st time trying their food and lets just say Ill no longer purchase take-out anywhere else but here. The food was delicious!!!! An I didnt have to wait a long time for it to be delivered. Order from here, you wont be disappointed at all...

Worst food I ever had , the food is a disgrace to chinese food , terrible food, awful , no falvor to the food , that is why the place was empty when we ate their , egg rolls were horrible and the egg fu young had no flavor and the Singapore noodles were old and had no falvor, this restaurant is an embarrassment to chinese people

Never disapointed, food is always delicious, well presented. Delightful ambiance for either casual dining in or a fancy party. Hostess has a great personality. Prices are comparable but very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I have been to a lot of restaurants this one has to be the best in the area... Bon Appetit

Ordered for the first time. Delivery was quick and the food arrived steaming hot, everything was delicious. The fried rice was the best Ive had. It has a lot of shrimp inside!!! Will order again! Oh and Im going to get a group of friends to try the Weekend dinner buffet someday soon!!!!

The staff is nice and attentive. However the buffet is not nice. To start with its small with not a lot of options. It seems like they use green peppers and celery in everything. The rice noodles, sesame chicken, most of all the meat and veggie mixes, and sweet and sour soup were nasty.

I frequently get lunch here, and the staff is very friendly. My favorite part about Royal Garden is they actually can make dishes spicy, much of the Chinese food you get lacks the wonderful kick of their sesame chicken.

Made us wait 2 hours for the "buffet " and it sucked! Wheres the rest of it? Absolutely no meat. Can u say cheap! Definitely not worth the price. Only 3 main, the rest were sides! Do not waste your time and money.

The pot stickers are purportedly filled with pork but taste more like mystery meat. The General Tsaos Chicken was all dark meat and greasy. Including the lemonade, I basically flushed $25 bucks down the toilet!

This is not a buffet, rather an all you can eat of 3-4 variations of food. No salad options, fruit nor dessert. 1 hot bar worth of all entrees is what is available to you, at a price of $13/person.

Went there while on business. It was a short 3 min drive from the La Quinta I was staying at. The food is plentiful, service is friendly, and prices are great. Would highly recommend it.
