Miller Pizza Company is truly the worst place for pizza in Chicago. I stopped here with my fiance after a Sox game and was appalled by the horrible service. There was no one dinning here when we arrived and we should have taken the hint not to come here. I will only touch on a few of the aspects of our horrible experience. First, when we walked in a guy came from the back. He asked what he could get us a few times until him I told him we needed a minute. Then once I walked up and told him what we would like he began texting on his phone for a long time. He said nothing, just stared at his phone. My fiance and I looked at each other in disbelief. Once he finished his text he typed in our order. Looking down he said the price and I gave him the money. I asked if I could get some additional quarters in my change for the parking meter out front. To which he responded annoyed, "I dont got that many quarters. I can give you a dollars worth." After handing me my change he said it would be about 10 minutes and he darted back to the back of the restaurant, out of sight. When our overpriced pizza was ready he walked out and dropped it on the end of the counter opposite of us. Briefly saying, "Here you guys go." before he darted to the back again. I stood up to get it when I realized that there were no napkins in the restaurant. I had to open the door so that the bell would ring to get him to come to the front once again. I asked for some napkins and he apologized and handed some to us. The one slight positive in our experience happened a few minutes later. A homeless man walked in. He was walking over to our table when the guy behind the counter yelled at him saying that he couldnt do that (assuming asking for money). The man turned to the guy behind the counter and asked for some pizza with the dollar he had. The guy gave him a slice and he was on his way. We left having witnessed the worst service at a restaurant that we have ever seen. He was rude, never smiled, and treated us like we annoyed him to be there. We will never make the mistake of coming here again.

I never been in the restaurant I searched on my phone for pizza place in the area and this one popped up it says it has good pizza in one review so I place the order about a minute later I got a phone call from the driver saying theyll be here in 20 minutes then minute later I got another call from the driver saying if I was going to tip I told him if he comes in a decent time I might it came in OK time I tip the driver set down started eating a pizza I got a thin crust it was very chewy like bubble gum the pizza was cold and it didnt taste very good not even later after it got cold in the refrigerator if I can eat cold pizza its not good at all not even when I got it first time I recommend not ordering from here from this place it just nasty and a waste of money and the person on the phone was very rude I dont know how they get any kind of business

I tried ordering online for pick up, but the only way to finish your order is to pay with a credit card on the spot; so whats the purpose of the "pick up" option? Anyways, I was hungry and decided to call. I swear it was literally a 45 second ring before the MilllerPizza female employee answered and stated to hold. (45 seconds ppl!) All to be put on hold. I waited on hold for 5min, I promise. Anyways, I was hungrier now and decided to hang up and call again. The Miller Pizza employee answered again and took my order. The employee failed to inform me of the most important key information; the pick up time. Smh, I had to ask. After everything was finalized, I did not receive a thank you or bye. I was bluntly hung up on. Idk, maybe I expect too much from fast food joints, but my experience was bad.

Ive had their pizza several times at events on the Shimer College/IIT campus, and its quite good. (I particularly recommend the deep dish.) In fact, its almost exactly like the EXCELLENT pizza served up by the Miller Pizza Company in the Miller Beach neighborhood of Gary, Indiana. Unfortunately, this company does not appear to have obtained the original owners consent for using the name, logo, and recipe of the original Miller Pizza in Gary, which is still in operation. Its difficult to justify doing business with a company that engages in those practices, no matter how good their pizza is (and it is really good).

Millers is an awesome place if youre looking for a great bite to eat on the run. The place is pretty small (only 2 tables or so) so I would not picking this place as an eat-in place. However, the pizza is great, and the prices are cheap. They also have a great delivery service. I would definitely recommend this place for college students looking for a quick bite to eat. They also have a pretty large variety of food.

Great pizza. They barely seem to keep up with running the business, though. Their by the slice storage unit is broken, and they frequently run out of things in it. They always make up a grossly inaccurate time in which it will be ready. They also dont seem to keep their own posted hours. Also, I havent seen the store open in the past 3 weeks. Not sure what happened.

They deliver my bacon and tomato pizza to Bronzeville fast and hot! They even come through fast when the Bears are playing on TV! All of the delivery people are so polite and friendly. The prices are great for what you get. I order from them once a month and for now they are THE pizza delivery place for me.

The pizza was ok. It was a hot day and there was no AC inside. I just wanted to stop by quickly with the kids and have a bite before we hit the road. We had to eat outside. Also the pizza warmer was missing the door and had plastic taped over it...that was weird.

Terrific pizza, great crust, at a great price. Nicely takes the edge off your appetite prior to going to a White Sox game, so you dont have to fork over the huge $ for stadium food. A little small for seating opportunities, and slow if they run out of slices.
