Was not impressed at all with the service drive thru packed waitied for 10 mins and nothing so decided to go inside. The minute I get there there is a huge group of people waiting for their food. So I am standing there waiting to order for another 10 minutes and still not even a hello. This may be the very last time I go there.

Stopped at the drive-thru at about 6:00 one sunday evening, there were 3-4 cars ahead of us but it took us probably 20 minutes to get our food. Burgers were fine, expect they just threw the onions into the little box after the fact rather than putting them on the burger.

Had a longer than usual wait due to a large order before me. The manager gave me an extra double cheese slider to say sorry. Now THATS customer service. Its amazing how a small gesture can go a long way.

Went through the drive thru and it was a 10 min wait without saying anything one of the employees said they would upgrade my fries hey anything free is good now thats customer service
