So funny thing. I ordered a dozen bundtlets and then panicked at the last minute and added 1 more. The young lady who was waiting on me forgot to charge me and add it to my package. I was in a hurry and didnt double check. I got home and found no extra bundtlet? So I called explained the situation and Katie (manager) drove to my house (all the way across town)! She gave me the extra bundtlet AND she gave us a dozen bundtinis for my trouble!!! Our whole family already loves the cakes (and frosting- Yummo). And now we can rave about how well they take care of their customers! Thank you for going the extra mile!

I called and ordered 12 bundtinis. I gave specifics on the flavors I wanted, and specifics that I did not want any Red Velvet. So I picked them up, drive home, and did not look at them until the next day. Well, when I opened the box what did I find? Red Velvet. Needless to say I threw them away and consequently was short the number I needed. Very disappointing that they couldnt get the order right, especially paying that much money. I will not visit this location again and will try my luck at another store next time.

A for effort. This store just recently opened and the young team is still getting up to speed. We purchased a variety of cakes over the weekend and were accidentally double charged but the manager was very apologetic and quickly corrected the issue with no hassle. The cakes are delicious, a little pricey but well worth it for a special treat. The larger cakes go over very well at team meetings.
