Havent had Panera in a looonnnnng time and all of a sudden I got the craving for a chicken fontega sandwich. I hopped into my car and 5 minutes later there I was in front of the cashier ordering my "You Pick Two" meal, half chicken fontega sandwich and half Caesar salad. I love the idea of being able to spilt two things and make one meal but I do not like the amount of money it costs to do so. I always love the food at Panera, and the service here at this location was ON POINT, the lines were not long, the cashier was super nice and let me know of multiple rewards I had on my card and there was even a specific employee on the floor clearing trays, wiping table and even holding the door for guests. I have never seen a panera which such a great team and friendly staff. Great job Bolingbrook Panera Bread for making my lunch amazing! Now to the corporate Panera Bread----please lower your prices!!!!!!

I work nearby and eat here at least once a week for the last month I have ran into a issues with my order; Forgot cheese & mayo on a sandwich that only was supposed to have Turkey cheese and mayo, plastic spoons were dirty, no croutons with the soup... twice, the bread for a bowl of soup, and a very rude employee when I called about one of the incidents she had said "well what do you want out of this" which I found very rude. Sadly I love panera and will still go to this location because its by work.

This Panera Bread location feels very upscale, but it is nice to have one of these here in Bolingbrook. The food is amazing, and the beverages are top-notch. If you are a suburbanite looking for a city-like coffee experience (casual coffee and food with Wi-Fi for your web surfing or light work), this is a fun place to go. The ordering process is very streamlined and efficient -- it never seems chaotic or overwhelmingly busy even if it is full of customers.

I had a terrible time at this one. The place was doom and gloom. The lady who took my order was looked miserable and she got my order wrong. I got it sorted out with a manager, but when I received my food it tasted off. Like stale bread and the meat on my sandwich was funky. I got sick later that night and I really dont want to step into this panera ever again. Id rather go to the one in woodridge on 75th. Nicer people and better food.

I like Panera a lot. The food is delicious and the sercice is always good. For that, 5 stars. I knocked this one down to 3 because this location could use a serious update. Whether management needs to spend more on booth maintenance or corporate needs to rehaul, it needs to get done. Scratches, tears, scuffing... needs painting and some spots just need a good scrubbing. Clean bathrooms though so I do appreciate that.

I love Paneras and have eaten here many times without issues. Yesterday I went to pick up my bagel and breakfast coffe cake order that I had preordered the day before. They did not have it prepared. I was very disappointed. This never happened at the Panera location near work at Odgen and Naper. My orders are always ready on time.

I go mostly in the mornings for the soufles, Tuesdays bagels, and once I a while tuna sandwiches. The staff is just so nice and friendly and I always have a reward waiting on my account (Panera is really good at giving you treats). The place is neat, stocked and lots of open seating for you to enjoy your tea or coffee.

After a surprisingly long day of shopping at IKEA, we stopped here to grab hot chocolate and a baked good. While I thought the pumpkin muffin was okay, I thoroughly enjoyed a bite of my S.Os chocolate chip muffie. The staff were very friendly and the wait was short.

Food was great, interior was clean and well lit. Associate who took my order mumbled and couldnt be understood, and got a bit annoyed that I had to keep asking him to speak clearly. His poor service was the only thing that kept this from a 5 Star review

Wouldve been more enjoyable if I didnt have an 8 inch long hair draped across my plate. It wasnt in contact with the food so I removed it. Still trying to figure why an option is a bread item even when you get a sandwich
