After waiting so long to try this burger joint, I stopped after getting a hair cut from near hair salon. Around 1pm, I was hungry for gourmet burger. Atmosphere was good, staffs were friendly. I asked right away which burger sells the most, and she helped me to order my double cheese with fries. I was impressed by their drinking fountain, you can select varieties of different flavors I saw one time at AMC. Anyway, I waited about 13mins to get my orders out. With high expectation went to pick up the food once my pager went off. I was bit confused about my burger because it was so small... I thought I ordered double cheese burger not Wendys junior burger. It was about size of McDonalds $1 burger. Except it had layers of lettuce which made look fat with cheap pale tomatoes and onions. Cheese was American so theres no complain. I finished it with four bites. I ate all the fries just to fill myself up. Had to drink all my drink and got refill just because I wanted to get some money worth. I probably wont go back to this joint as I can get similar burger from Wendys or Meatheads. It was okay for the fries, but definitely not the burger for the price.

We went to BurgerFi as a more upscale alternative to McDonalds, but not as pricy as a pub. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t deliver. At the $8 - $10 price point, the burgers didn’t match up to McDonalds premium Angus burger. Keep in mind “McDonalds” and “Premium” it should be fairly easy to surpass that quality standard. Burgers were small, ingredients were bottom line. Unfortunately, same for the fries, which didn’t even come close to McDonalds standards. For $4+ per order, we expected something on the high-quality, or artesian side – not so. Customer service was mediocre, not outstanding, not poor. Unfortunately, we had to request trays for our food. Sure, we could have eaten off of the handsomely crafted, dirty stainless steel table, but though better of that idea. If you’re looking for premium, seek better alternatives. Most chains like AppleBees have a better offering. If you’re with the kids, go McDonalds premium (can’t believe I’m recommending that), it’s a great option for the money.

service was very poor, the girl taking our order did not listen while imputing it. it wasnt a difficult order, 2 burgers fries and a drink. when i went to pick up the food the food was just wrapped in grease covered paper on a small tray. the miniscule proportions were ridiculous, i understand that it is a higher quality beef used for the burger, but when you burn it to a crisp it really doesnt matter any more. the fries were actually good, until you got to the bottom and they were just charred potato skin. my main issue was that for the price you pay you would assume that you are going to get a reasonable proportion i.e. a chipotle situation where you are paying a premium for higher quality ingredients but at least you are full from eating a substantial meal. for burgerfi i felt as though i was paying sit-down restaurant prices for a fast (slow) food experience. 22 bucks for 2 burgers a fry and a drink not a good deal, not a reasonable deal, and lastly a deal i will ever try again.

Honestly? BurgerFi is terribly overrated. Not too bad, but the burgers are rather mediocre in quality, and their food is terribly overpriced. I would say that their burgers are modestly better than Wendys burgers at their best (i.e. back in the 1990s, but WAY better than today, though thats really not saying much considered how far Wendys has plummeted in quality over two decades). The fries are pretty good, but they dump WAY too much in an order, forgetting that quantity does not necessarily mean quality. For a more timely comparison, their burgers are maybe slightly better than those from Five Guys (though BurgerFi does offer much much more in terms of variety). As a couple of saving graces, they do offer decent ice cream and shakes. Plus they serve booze! (Including craft beers and wines.) I might not be a fan of their food at all, let alone their rather excessive prices, but they do have a nice atmosphere with lovely views, including outdoor seating in the summer.

i try more then once to give this place a chance and they cant get a hot dog right!! first time i asked for no onions on chicago style hot dog {very simple} and they put extra onions, so i had to drive back on my lunch time and wait for them to correct there mistake, they take my hot dog back remove the onion and give it back to me ! WOW and while they did that he did not offer me a drink or a fry or just make me a new one for driving all the way back. so i try again and i order same thing and i wish i can post a picture of this hot dog THERE SERVICE SUCKS FOR A EXPENSIVE HOT DOG THATS not worth it, i would have paid 2.00 some were else and got it right. i dont recommend anyone to go there, there all name with no quality.

My wife came to this place as we ordered ahead. The staff in the kitchen was cursing and dropping F-Bombs and saying crude things. When my wife gets home I call the manager who refused to give me the kitchen staffs name. I contacted the corporate office because after that ordeal they still got my order wrong. Giving us bland plain food. They promised to get back to us and when never heard back. My recommendation is never too come here to pay for mediocre, underwhelming and overpriced food in a cold establishment. The "big ass fan" on the ceiling isnt the most crude thing in the restaurant. The are better places across the street or in the same complex. Avoid this place!

I have been to this place once and I will never going back. Terrible service. The staff were too fast at taking orders like unfriendly robots with no smiles at all, they talked so fast that it was even hard to understand what they were saying. However, delivering the order was almost 15 minutes and that for 2 burgers, fries and drink, moreover it was not overcrowded, unacceptable for fast food chain place. The size of burgers is too small, not worth the price they charged for it. Fries was ok, but nothing special.

I went to this place for the first time today and it was impressive. The burger I didnt take a picture because it was too delicious to put down. The fries tasted fresh and the gooey cheese was a great addition. The red velvet shake had a taste of birthday cake mixed with red velvet cake and then blended with a great vanilla ice cream. All in all great experience, delicious food, and the staff was friendly especially since it was super busy. The price is reasonable when your getting an all natural angus burger.

In a world full of Burger joints burger-fi was nice but not great. Food: double patty tends to overwhelm the flavor of the sauce, bun, and add ons. So Id recommend the single patty. Fries: fresh cut and plenty. No complaints here. Beverage: great selection of beers on tap, and a soda machine with crazy combinations all translate into good offerings. Dessert: frozen custard is on the to do list next time. But its hard to go wrong with frozen custard.
