Have ordered from evviva many times but tonights bad customer service experience deter us from revisiting again. I called this afternoon and spoke to a young lady to confirm you still had the 50% off pizza special on Mondays as I have ordered before- she said YES! I asked her how many I could order and she replied 3. I replied that was perfect and I will be calling back later to place our order. At 5:30 I called to place my order for 3 pizzas with the man who answered the phone and confirmed again that I could order 3 pizzas at 50% off. When he gave me my total as $30, I thought something was suspect because 3-10 inch pizzas shouldnt regularly be $60, but he assured me the total was 50% off when I asked. My husband goes to pick up the pizza and he has to ASK for the receipt to find out that we only got 1 "free" pizza ($12 off). He was told the special was buy 1 get 1 free. Hello?!? Bait and switch?!? Why wouldnt you have told me this on the phone when I asked THREE times?!?! Bad bad bad business practice. Hope your staff is enjoying the pizzas. He left and went to one of the many many pizza places in the area that we will be patronizing instead of yours in the future.

Expensive laxative even at half the price. I went there on a Thursday to order a half-price pizza to go. The bill seemed high so I asked about it. The guy behind the counter said you compute taxes before the discount. I was in a hurry so I didnt argue. I confirmed later he was WRONG. When I came back I had to explain to the same guy twice that I had a to-go order before he understood. It was like the concept of someone ordering a pizza, leaving while its being cooked, then coming back just slipped his mind. The pizza was OK but cutting it into squares made the cheese come off when I bit into it. Then at 2am it made a mad rush to leave out the back door (if you get my drift). Its near a religious college so it has a steady stream of customers and it will get the students to pray. Mostly along the lines of "Oh God let me make it to the john!" Never going back.

Rude, uneducated, LYING staff. They have buy 1 get 1 free pizza on Monday. I ordered, and even asked about the buy 1 get 1 pizza. Got my order, only 1 pizza was there. I call the restaurant, they say they have a "policy" that says you must ask for the FREE item that THEY advertise as free. Yes, I Do not want my free pizza? Idiots! Then some 13 year old "Jacey" gets on the phone and tries to cop an attitude because they are not doing what they should. Oh, and onion rings were ICE cold. Never eat here, as there are excellent places around. Giordanos, ginos east, j straws.....hell a gas station would be better. If Carm is an actual manager, he should be fired as well for his uneducated, rude staff. 1st negative review i ever wrote, and it took a lot to get me to do so.. WORST place in wheaton.

I was looking for a new pizza place in the area. Looking at the great reviews I decided to go with Evviva. After placing my order I anxiously waited for my pizza. Once it got here and I opened up the box, my order was wrong. I was charged extra to have toppings on my whole pizza but instead i had a pizza that was split half and half. Even though it was all of the ingredients I had asked for, they werent all over. Probably will order from there again hopefully itll be a better experience next time. Overall food was yummy

Im a bus driver who just dropped a team for a game at Wheaton college. I had to park about 3/4 miles from this restaurant. When I arrived here I noticed no restrooms. I wrongly assumed if I bought a meal they would let me use the employees. So, after I got my meal I had to walk back to my bus to use the on board facility. The food was OK but not worth the $12 and no restrooms.

Customer service is not their strong suit, but who cares? Coming from a couple of pizza fanatics, this place has arguably the best pizza in the area. Bottom line is the pizza is fresh, with great sauce to cheese ratios, and the traditional crust is amazing. If you want a slice of rosatis, go to rosatis and eat sub-par pizza for cheap. This place costs more because its better.

This pizza is outstanding. When I bit into the Tony Salerno pizza for the 1st time, I was transported back to my youth on the South Side of Chicago in my Grandmothers apartment. There we would order pizza from a local place not to far away. The ingredients are great and the sauce is excellent. Thanks for making a great pizza...such great comfort food!!!

This is my favorite pizza place for thin crust pizza. Ive never ordered thick crust because my fav thick crust pizza is Lou Malnatis. Whenever I am in town, I make a point to order take out because their pizza crust is amazing!!! Which makes that with any pizza topping delicious. Furthermore, their customer service is excellent.

Went there for first time, and staff was so rude especially girl at register! My family couldnt even finish the pizza went in to complain, and even manger was sooper rude. Also very over priced!! Stick with rosatis a mile away cheaper and delicious. Yuck!

I always seek out smaller family owned places to eat and Evivvas is one of the best local spots. Good choices pizza and pasta style Italian food. The young girl at the service counter was rude, mildly hostile and made it unlikely Ill ever return.

I would use the phrase "lipstick on a pig" to describe this pizzeria, but the pig part sounds too delicious to be associated with anything on the menu here. The food does not hold up to the phony euro-decor. No bathrooms, rude staff.

Service was polite and prompt, food was moderately priced and delicious, ingredients were very fresh! We had calzones, but will be returning to try the pizza, salads, and desserts that all sound pretty great as well.

Its a great place to go for good food if you want a relaxed setting and want it fast. Ive chosen other places over Evivas for the most part. The food is good but a lot of it could use more seasoning for more flavor

Stopped in to try a slice and was disappointed. It was dry and over reheated and over priced for the size. I also had to wait a long time for just a slice which would explain why the cheese had a crust of its own.

Great stop, especially for Wheaton College students. Pizzas are great either whole or by the slice. Chopped salad is really good too, probably my favorite menu item here. Very nice and welcoming staff!

I frequently order the BBQ chicken & bacon pizza. Its the best Ive ever had...Im ADDICTED! Also, with the local coupons, it the best price in town. Id DEFINITELY recommend Evviva!
