Ive stopped coming to this location because of poor service but I decided to step in and saw a few new faces. I usually went early mornings on weekends (sometimes on wednesdays or tuesdays) and saw there was a new manager. He was nice and told me about the survey to get a free coffee. The girl who took my order made a mistake with my order but it was fine, no biggie. The bathroom was kinda smelly and there wasnt paper. If you stopped going because of the old people being rude you should try again because they were pretty nice this time around,,, Ill definitely go back

I ordered a number 1 breakfast sandwich and the bagel was chewy, the egg tasted like instant powder egg, the sausage was worse than play dough, but yet the cheese was burnt and nasty. The coffee was week and bitter as if it was sitting since last night. I also ordered a regular coke and received diet. I had to tell the lady three times what I wanted and she still did not hear me until I pulled around. Over all bad food and service!!!!!

Not good. No one spoke to me for several minutes. No one at till. I had to remind them that I paid for an iced coffee. Not friendly at all. Ive been here many times when the place was packed and have have been very pleased with the service. Not a good experience today.

Terrible service, terrible bagels! I dont know why anyone would come here when bagel art is just a couple blocks away. Everytime I go they get my order wrong and the bagels just taste like wonderbread. If your looking for a solid bagel, look elsewhere!

I liked the place better when it was a drug store and you could trade cameras for guns, and then walk a couple doors east and buy reefer from "Fats" at the deli. But I wax nostalgic. This chain has a very kind local vibe and wonderful food.

Frozen strawberry lemonade during the summer is fantastic and great. Their bagels are baked fresh every morning and Im always down for 1 (or 2!). Also, go in the afternoon for a cookie and an iced tea or coffee and pick up a sandwich, too!

The management team at this Einsteins location is top quality. My son and I come in regularly and they all know us when we walk in the door. For a large company this is intimate customer service that cannot be beat.

Stopped by early Sunday morning shortly after opening and picked up a Bagel Pack quickly and easily. Service was quick and efficient and parking was plenty. Bagels arent too bad. Some better than others.

This place is close to campus and has good bagels. Went for a quick bite in the morning and had a egg and bacon sandwich. It was very pleasing and was pretty cheap, too. Would eat again.

Its the best bagel you can get when youre on the Northwestern campus. If youre already downtown, try the squagel across the street at Cosi.
