If I could give no stars for this place I absolutely would. The service was terrible here. We went in the drive thru to make a pretty well sized order and while doing so, we were cut off many times due to side conversations without any warning or being asked to hold. The conversations did not pertain to work and there was also lots of laughter in the background while we were still waiting to finish our order. We even had to call hello a couple of times to get her attention which did not work because she decided to come back and talk to us on her time. The lady at the speaker finally came back and told us that she was waiting for us to finish our order as if she had not interrupted it herself. She went on to do this a few more times and did not have a friendly tone as well. She talked as if she was talking to one of her girlfriends. After all of this had occurred she then told us that we had to come inside for our order because she could not do it on the screen although she had already completed all of the orders. We found this experience to be very unprofessional and in the end we did not even order there and will not ever return. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Like other fast food restaurants, Im sure the need to squeeze every last cent out of their employees labor dictates how they allocate shifts. Unfortunately for me, the customer, that meant that I saw only one guy was making orders on a Saturday night, getting swamped between the dining room and the drive-thru. Meanwhile, the mens room ran out of toilet paper, the ketchup dispenser had runny ketchup, and the exterior of the restaurant has seen better days. If BK corporate could take 2 seconds of their attention away from dodging taxes in the United States, maybe they can divert some of the money they saved into hiring more people.

Door says open at 6 and its 6:55 but when it is open its HORRIBLE service. Burnt burgers cold fries chicken taste like it just sits in the fry grease. Employees are beyond rude and ignorant and care more about bickering back and forth rather then their job. This place is 100% why people dont support a $15 an hour min wage

Everytime I go to this burgerking it takes about 30minutes just to get thru the drivethru. At first I thought it was just the one day I went but it seems to be the same way everytime. Today I only ordered a coke icee and waited 30 minutes from the time I ordered till the time someone finally came to the window.

If I could rate it any lower I would. The girl who took our order was slightly rude... we had to wait 20 mins on 2 meals, and 2 shakes. With no apology or discount for the hold up. I will never visit this location again. I didnt even get a recipe with my order.

I really hate going through drive-thru for nothing they pull you around take your money and have you park in the front for 10 minutes to your food is ready and all I got was two regular cheeseburgers this is insane. And theres only one customer in the store

Its 11:40 PM sign on the building and Google says they close at midnight so why was it close already. Burger King management and ownership check your employees youre losing out on business specially mine I will never come back to this location again

For the life of me I cant understand why Ive been in this particular Burger King and was told they do not have and Burgers. The place is called Burger King. There are some good staff and some bad staff but when they do have Burgers its good food.

Terrible. Incredibly slow service, rude employees, fries tasted like they had no salt on them, we asked for no onions yet we got them, they even forgot to give us a straw. The burgers were bad. Dried out buns and thin burnt pattys.
