We live in Prospect Heights and this Einstein Bros is the closest to our house. I drove down, and the girl who took my order didnt do it correctly. It wasnt until I got home that we realized it and I drove back. The manager that was there in the morning was gone and a new manager was on duty. I showed the cashier my receipt, explained the situation and was treated with unimaginable disrespect - the cashier rolled her eyes, sighed and demanded to know where the incorrect order was. I said we were keeping it and would like to have the two sandwiches that were left out of the order. She walked over to the manager, made disparaging remarks about me, and made the sandwiches. When she handed them to me she told me, in the rudest possible tone that my being given the correct sandwiches was a courtesy and that if my next order was incorrect, Id be expected to return the order. Oh, and the remade sandwiches werent right, either. This was clearly done intentionally. This Einstein Bros can forget about our business. Third rate service and employees.

The place is new, its fresh, but some of the employees need some serious training. I always come here for there Frozen Blenders Drink - and only the Mocha - its absolutely delish. The first time I ordered one from this branch, she gace me caramel, and even though I asked her that if this was Mocha before taking it from her, she said yes its the mocha - surprise it was caramel. The second time I went and ordered the mocha again this time the employee asked me a bunch of stupid questions: (a) is this for here or to go? (b) what size did you want? - news flash it only comes in one size, and on top of all that she didnt even put whipped cream on top of it. I am kinda scared that the next time I go there - its gonna be her again trying to make my frozen blenders mocha drink.

I just had a bad experience at this location. First I ordered the soup / salad combo. Well, the salad was not as described by the employee - they threw couple of lettuce strips (not fresh) to a tiny bow. Needless to say, I had to throw it away. When I asked if I received piece of bread for my soup, the young man did not know how to respond. You would think that for take out, you can expect spoons/forks and napkins. Oh, no - you need to get it yourself from another side of the store which by the way was not replensihed and empty. For $9 - you can get a greta meal at Panera. Employees definetly need training!

Really like the breakfast sandwiches at Einsteins but the service usually could be better. We go there Saturday mornings and in the past three weeks weve had a young woman who had to finish a text before acknowledging us, a forgotten coffee drink, and a messed up sandwich order. Theyre quick to fix things that arent done right but there always seems to be something that they just dont nail. The restaurant is clean, and the line moves pretty well even when theyre busy.

WORST BAGELS AND STAFF. I never go out of my way to write a review but this place really sucks. Terrible service and they treat you like they just dont care at all. Went a few times and they couldnt even get my order right. Not to mention my bagel was barely toasted and they were skimpy on the cream cheese. Disgusting food and just a terrible location with a terrible food and even worse staff. I will never go back. Wish there was still a big apple in the plaza!

Fast, efficient and friendly. I only have about 5-8 minutes to get my food and go to work and they are giving me coffee and chorizo sunrise in about 4mins flat haha love them!

Great staff, terrible system the way orders are taken by 1 person who gets derailed with picking dozens, line gets insane. Extra order takers makes a world of difference!
