Our server was great and the wings were very good. Our table seemed like it was about to fall apart and the hostess was pretty terrible. After giving her my name and telling her that our party was for 2, she told us the wait would be about 20-25 minutes. After roughly 10 she calls my name and party of 2. I raise my hand up and make eye contact with her and start walking to the podium. Its fairly congested in their very small waiting area so it takes a moment. When I arrive I see her walking a group of 3 to a table so I wait a moment for her to come back. When she does, she asks if she can help me and if she has already taken my name, as she is crossing my name off the list. I tell her she just sat a party of 3 at my table for 2. She looks at me confused, then realizes her mistake as she looks into the dining area and sees the table of 3 people she just sat more than likely none of which have my name. She was able to find a table rather quickly after that, but a silly mistake for a hostess to make none the less.

I placed the order when I got there and picked my food and drove home 20 min away, found out that I am missing the main item, called them and I told the manager, he said all what he can do is refund the price of the missing item to my card. I told him thats not right what I am suppose to eat the Onion rings and mozzarella sticks for lunch, all what he said that he cant do any thing but that, I asked to drive back there and if they can remake all of my order and he said no, I didnt even touch the food that was crazy still said no. Bad customer service Place smells bad ( not because of what happened with my order, really smell bad)

Two of of 4 times Ive gone they havent had mini corn dogs. Once the waiter informed me they didnt have any and for some reason I didnt believe it so I asked the manager and he said yes they do. Of course he was embarrassed so went to get us some. The servers joke around a lot which is fine except when they forgot about you and you cant finish your meal because your mouth is burning hit and dry because your trying to wave them down for a refill. Still I love the location which is why the two stars not one

service was horrible. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. and the guy comes out with buffalo chicken sandwich. so he brings it back after I mentioned I wanted a buffalo chicken wrap again. second time, he comes out with a chicken wrap, hardly any chicken in it and no buffalo sauce. he didnt charge me for my meal, but the manager didnt even come up and apologize for the inconvenience. Ive been going to this BWW for years, and I have never had such horrible experience before.

#CustomersBeware Never again! Poor manager skills! Be aware 8pm limit on Tuesday wings half off price, full price afterwards. I truly didnt know about that deadline. I can pay full price any day. You think I would because you taped a piece of paper on the door. The employee should announce the price change after deadline, not everyone knows and not every location does the 8pm deadline. Thank you Juana for not making an exception, regardless if I was unaware!

Beware takeout orders! Ive had them forget my ranch the last two times on a takeout! I couldnt really dig in the bag holding my son so I left hoping a $2 tip to the takeout team would mean they would do it right... nope. Called and complained and the manager just reimbursed me $5 for my missing ranch and celery orders but clearly he was annoyed. I wasnt even mean. A decent apology would have been nice.... Definitely dont leave without checking your bag!

This place is smaller than most of the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and its very noisy here due to the openness and size of the building. The wings were over cooked and dried up, the beer was not cold enough and tasted like the chemicals they use to wash the glasses at the bar. I think that the best time to visit BWW is on Tuesdays when their wings are half off. The only reason I gave them three stars is because our waitress was very good.

Seriously. Its Buffalo wild wings… You know what youre going to get. Great wings, a lot of sports, and a decent selection of drinks. The only reason I gave this a three star, is because I really wish they would wash their doors. When you first walk in, you can tell their doors have not been washed in years. I cant help but wonder what else has not been washed…

My friends and came to this BWW while on vacation in Illinois. The atmosphere was what you would expect from this establishment, a variety of games first watch and an upbeat soundtrack to accompany. They have their air on full blast over exactly where you are sitting and over your food. Our waiter seemed like he had other pressing matter to attend to and basically just threw the food on the table. The only reason I come to this location is because it is close to home. They really need better management

Came here at the end of the night, staff was still friendly. Bar area was clean, and slightly busy. My drink was on special and it was decently strong! Food was obviously fresh. Beer was relatively expensive for some reason, but they were tall drafts. (Even though they were on special)

I ordered a Call In and it took 45 minutes (12 wings). My 2 friends ordered there 20 minutes after I called in mine, and got theres first. They ordered 45 and 16 wings. How is this possible? Terrible service... Zero compensation, and not even a "sorry it took so long"

It taste like every other Buffalo Wild Wings but the workers are good and the place is nice I dont sit at the bar area so it smells nice on my side its a easy go to place after 10 dining in is easily a 5 star but the 3 times I got take out I would rather not discuss

Awful. There was mariachi music blaring from the speakers, which is not what you expect when you go to a BDubs. The manager did nothing about it, and laughed about the customers complaints. Very rude and unprofessional. The server was nice, food average.
