I will not be ordering from here no more I called last night to place a order and kept being put on hold for 5mins while the girls was talking so i kept hanging up and calling back finally rudeness took my order for 100 party wings for my party 7/15/2017 at 9pm and the chicken was over cook and dry as hell I paid $48 for dry meat and bones are you serious ?? I ended throwing half the damn pan away . Ill stick with JJ FISH& CHICKEN AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK And im still waiting on the manager To Call Me Everytime I Call Hes Never In

I hate places like this because the management arent concerned with customer satisfaction over making a quick buck from the local residents. Ill leave on this note...I saw a staff member pick up lids for the "mild" sauce that fell on the floor a put them back for people to use. AVOID AT ALL COST...YOUR STOMACH WILL THANK YOU.

Chicken wings was horrible over fried not good at all, I threw most of it away, they barely give you fries I asked can I get more they still could not be nice, and do so. The cat fish filet is good I enjoy that, I was surprised by this location chicken because I never had a bad experience with sharks before!

The most unprofessional ghetto employee establishment ever. Been going there for almost 8 years and it only gets worse yearly. Im done. This ignorant ass establishment said they dont drop your food until you get there. What in the entire hell is the purpose of calling it in? They only do it in our neighborhood. Ridiculous

STAY AWAY. I have been going to this sharks for about a year. Recently it has taken a turn for the worse. Stay away from this place. Ordered dinner for my 85 year old dad, and the fish was bad. Could have made him sick, if he had eaten it. Stay away.

This is the worst sharks ive ever been to! Ther food is never the same, its always changing, ther prices are too high, I like the one in harvey, ther food tastes alot better and they have great customer service!!

Ordered 6 wings and it gave me food poisoning!!! I asked for them not to put lemon pepper on it. They drenched the wings in lemon pepper.....terrible terrible
