The service is poor and the people attitude at the location in Dolton really needs an improvement. And whomever writes the replies need not to express your attitude in your writing. I am a big Hoagy fan but will not be investing any more of my money nor time with Kozy Korner and I also know of a couple more people who thinks the same way.

Let me tell you. Kozy Kays Has an excellent product..EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER..BREAD IS ALWAYS FRESH..Her party subs are very filling and always a hit when I bring them to parties or events. Very professional and will try her best to adhere to time promised. Keep up the Great work .

This was my first time visiting and was given the wrong sandwich lol but when I returned, not only did they fix the problem but gave me a little "extra" for the inconvenience. Very friendly staff, fresh soft bread, and delicious ingredients.. will definitely return!

I love the hoagy sandwiches. I have told so many people about this. My mother lives in Richton Park and when she comes to visit me the first place she wants to eat from is Kozy. Good eating keep up the great work.

Food is Fantastic! A somewhat healthier option due to no mayo but this place does not slack on taste in the least bit. Two people can get full off 1 sandwich and thats a definite plus!
