The food and service has always been excellent. Last week I took my daughter to Popeyes and my car would not crank when trying to leave. The staff at the Ocean Springs franchise went out of their way to help us. A staff member came out to assist and see if he could locate the problem. When thinking the gas gauge might be messed up, and needed fuel, an off duty employee took her time out to haul us around to purchase a gas tank and gas, and then took us back. When finding out that wasnt the problem, she waited until she was sure that someone was coming to pick us up. While waiting on our ride, an employee frequently checked on us, told us to feel free to wait inside in the air, and offered us both a cold drink.

Foods okay, but rarely what you ACTUALLY ordered. Youre lucky if its hot and if you ever have to speak with a "manager," prepare to have your patience tested. I know its fast food an the general attitude is to "come in, do your eight, and leave," but can it be THAT difficult to actually give a ___ while youre there? I worked for this company when I was in high school and I can tell you from experience, the decline in service is incredible.

Every time we come it is always a 15 to 20 min Wait for 8 pc of dark chicken no matter the and we eat here at lest 3 if not 4 times a week and never have we ordered and they had our food ready when we paid. Always a wait of 15 mins or more. But they are nice and most of the time the chicken is really fresh out the grease and some times s it is old and fresh mixed together

The staff at this location is exceptional!! Although, everyone was wonderful a cashier by the name of Taye really stood out. He was friendly and an all around great guy. He talked to my son about football and how he shouldnt ever give up on his dream of playing for the saints bc all things are possible and even got his autograph before we left!!

The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. Although the food was not up to the standards i am used to from Popeyes . The red beans and rice were pretty dry and the chicken tenders were not as tender as usual. This visit was underwhelming.

There are no good chicken places in Ocean Springs so Popeyes is the best of a BAD lot. The spicy chicken is NOT spicy and is indisquishable from the regular. The oil is not changed often enough so its a crap shoot as to the taste of your food.

Great customer service! Food fast and delicious. I tried that Shrimp box Special. Very disappointed. The shrimp was hard as a rock. I almost chipped a tooth. Wont be trying that again! Love this location. Will visit again!
