Absolutely awful! I have given this place the benefit of the doubt for to long. Over the last two years orders have been lost, pizza has taken close to two hours for delivery, and has been delivered cold more than I can count we are now officially never ordering again. A month ago I called to place an order to here the cook screaming in the background "stop taking orders were out of dough"!! A pizza place the one thing they sell they are now out of. Ok no biggie it happens two weeks ago I order on a sunday "Sorry we have no delivery drivers". Is what I am told ok 0 for 2. It is currently snowing there is about 1/2". I call and "the roads are too dangerous" this aint florida a half inch of snow is an excuse for a branch that is to lazy to even be around imo.

Listen to the reviews!! Dont ignore them like I did. REALLY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The place did not look clean. Obviously the owner doesnt care whats going on. I could hardly find the place because the sign was so so small. Did an online order at 3pm for 6pm. They couldnt find it so they just ignored me and went back to work. So disorganized. Food everywhere but no idea who its for. When I started yelling they found it but was missing something so they refunded without the sales tax - probably cause they dont have the mental capacity to figure it out.

Literally the worst pizza place Ive ever been to. I know Pizza Hut is not the best, but the people that work here lost our order and only started making our pizza 30 minutes after we got there. Its ridiculous and these people need to be fired and never hired ever again. Multiple people are here and they had their order lost as well. When I asked for a refund, she pretended to not hear me and then was only given a 10 dollar refund on a 30 dollar purchase. Awful place, awful people.

I ordered 2 pasta dishes from this pizza hut. they got my order wrong and only made one of the dishes. After telling them it was wrong they said oh well half your order is right we cant do anything. You have to order a new one and pay full price and wait for it to be done. The assistant manager is a teen not over 17 and she was extreamly rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Sadly (or maybe for some of you the happy dance) it appears that our local Pizza Hut in Lake in the Hills has closed. Their listed phone number no longer rings only going to the instant dreaded fast busy signal. The busy signal of death. They may have had their issues, but still now there is nothing close to fulfill my Pizza Hut fix.

Just tried to order a pizza, they do not participate in online ordering, so you can not get any of the great online specials. Tried to call the phone three times since 8pm and keeps going to verizon wireless voicemail. Says they are or should be open till 9pm.

Boo! Dont accept any online coupons by Pizza Hut! Customers want a deal and this one stiffs the customers. A bunch of teens run the joint. Picked up a pizza tonight and the place was disgusting!
