Not enough staff working, but the food is usually good. Great shakes, chili cheese fries, or chili cheese tater tots, and corn dogs. They have 50 cent corn dogs (on Tuesdays?) and half-priced slushes and soft drinks during "Happy Hours". I miss the old "10 cent" Route 44 slushes over a decade ago at Sonic, but its still nice to enjoy good food, but the prices are a bit high (at the Lockport location) and I wish they had Burger specials, like a half-priced burgers and 50 cent corn dogs during "Happy Hour" (daily) along with "10 cent slushes". I would make this place a daily dinner stop, just for Happy Hour! I do enjoy the old "drive in" feel of ordering from your car window, and having a "car hop" deliver your food. Its a bit difficult to get some "Ranch" dressing (with your fries or onion rings) or to get some napkins (or extra napkins) because they usually forget the napkins (or straws?). But the food is usually hot and fresh (especially the burgers) and the chili cheese fries... I love them! I just wish theyd make the fries portion larger, because they usually "short" you on the fries a bit, and it would be nice if theyd put some extra chili and cheese on the fries (especially for a $4 large chili cheese fry). But the slushes and shakes are good, the prices are a bit high, but the food is decent (for Lockport). I just wish they had "Fried Cheese Kurds" (like Culivers across the street) or had "Poutine" (French Fries with Mozarella Cheese, and brown gravy poured over the top) like they do at places in Montreal, or Canada, or New York. Also I wish they had a "dipping sauce" for their onion rings, similar to the "Burger King" zesty sauce, or the sauce found at Outback steakhouse (for the "Blooming Onion"), that "Zesty Sauce" at Burger King is great with onion rings, and as much as I like the Sonic Onion Rings, I just miss the "zesty sauce" (or at least some ranch) to dip the onion rings in. But for a good cheeseburger, or corn dog, and slush, this is a good place to go! I just wish the prices were a bit lower, and wish they had more items on their "happy hour" specials, including half-priced burgers and 10-cent slushes during happy hour! Even 50 cent slushes and 50-cent corn dogs, half-priced burgers and $1 chili cheese fries would be extremely nice for Happy Hours! At those prices, I would eat here daily! ;-)

I have no proof, but Im 90% sure they messed up my order on purpose because I came at 11:50 when they close at 12:00 and they were mad or something. They forgot the ranch I asked for, they forgot to give me a fork with both the boneless wings and the tater tots, and they gave me a Dr. Pepper when I asked for a coke. Either they were "getting back" at me for showing up 10 minutes before close, or theyre really bad at their jobs because almost every time I come here they mess up the order. Usually something small and just one mess up, which is fine and I just politely ask them to fix it, but this time they messed up multiple things (I think on purpose) and I couldnt ask them to fix it because they had closed. What a joke.

Used to be fast hot food, friendly service. Now its the same as the rest. Cold overcooked and oversalted fries, no napkins, bun on my fish sandwich was gooey like raw dough, two hard as rock things in my sandwich. Not happy.

Good food. But the drive-through gets my order wrong half the time. At least take 5 seconds to repeat my order. No other place has such a huge problem hearing me.

While the order was made right there was no bathroom you can only eat outside and you have to press a button for good to come on menu.
