The handicapped access was very poor, the two spots were at the back of the building, the ramp was not flush with the blacktop creating a hazard for wheelchair users to flip, or those who are unsteady to trip. I had to go all the way down a narrow sidewalk along the side of the building to get to the entrance and around an electrical box as well. There was not room for my service dog to walk on the sidewalk with me. Once I got to the door there was no button to open the door and the hours posted said drive thru closed at 11 pm, and dining room was open 24 hours. I arrived about 20 minutes after 11 pm and the doors were locked, but there were still customers inside. I was told by an employee that the sign was incorrect and that the dining room closed at 11 but that I could use the drive thru. He also said he has asked to pull the sign but was told he couldnt. So frustrating, and butter cold as this all took place below freezing temperatures.

Have eaten here many, many times. service always decent, not as fast as they could be, but usually accurate. if not polite, employees not unpleasant, either. However, I bought food here earlier this morning (a number one meal around 4 am) and experienced food poisoning. Still not feeling quite right.

Id only had White Castle once before about 15 years ago and couldnt remember what it was like. These tiny, little sliders are gross and the chicken slider was overcooked and inedible.

The coffee was burnt and the woman at the counter was rude. It took her 20minutes to make fresh coffee, and when it was done she just set it on the counter and walked away. How rude.

Cheese cake was too frozen then the cheese sticks wasnt well done the cheese was really thick and stiff ;0 then they havw mw a spoon for my (Un)loaded fries lol
