Went in 35 minutes before they closed, they didnt seem to pleased, the girl working was wearing pajama pants, they didnt have wheat bread, the nozzles were already off the soda machine (after I paid for a soda) I turned to ask for help putting on back on but they were in the back already and i stood there and waited for a few minutes but no one came back up so I just left without my drink (annoying). Il drive to highwood for subway from now on. A shame too because I just moved to lake forest and that location is within walking distance to me. Bummer.

Theyre always out of the bread and meat you want. Service is horrible and they seem to try and close up the store far before closing time so dont even bother going there if youre within an hour of them closing.
