Coffee there is such " Amazing " l like to go between time and time there just to taste the coffee there. For the flavor its one of the best, but the place isnt so good in case if you look for a big place or you have a big group. The stuff there are professional and kind except one! I recommend this place to taste a real delicious coffee!

What a great cafe. From the outside it looks plain and unassuming, but inside theres dainty decor with decent coffee drinks, treats, and sandwiches. Just dont go there too hungry--I was expecting a sandwich that had more substance, but it was still good. Skip Starbucks and go here instead--better customer service and atmosphere.

I was blessed to stay in the hotel because of this place. I hate Starbucks with a passion, they dont know how to make a real espresso. The staff here are excellent, always smiling and courteous, its a shame we dont have a place like this down in Florida, thanks guys for the great coffee and smiles

Smaller than most Lavazzas that I have been to, this one doesnt have the for traffic that others do (the two times Ive been there) so there hasnt been a wait. Just like the rest.. Great coffee, so so iced coffee, and quick service. If youre looking for a good coffee you cant go wrong here!

Service here has been repeatedly awful. They cant seem to be able to deliver one of their best products, the espesso, without multiple hang ups and sass. Go to the Lavazza on Jackson - much better!

I akways used to go to Starbucks, oh boy, what was I doing? They have the best mocha latte to keep me warm in these Chicago winters, plus it does help that it is right around the block from me.

The coffee here is great! My wife had the quiche and said it was very good, and they told her it was homemade. Its a very cozy place to sit down and decompress for lunch.
