Saturday 9-22-12 9:30AM Went to IHOP this morning and they were semi packed. We were seated at the very first table as you come in. At this time more people began to arrive and some were seated more towards the back while others waited for a table. It was obvious that if you were of latin decent you were seated right away but if you weren’t you were not called. One man complained that he was passed over several times before making a complaint and therefore was promptly seated. A waitress was prompt at getting our drink order. However, after giving our food order it took longer then usual and when we did finally receive our food it was cold. I do NOT recommend this place and suggest you look elsewhere to spend your money for a better meal at what you pay for.

We arrived around 12:45 p.m. today. We waited for 20+ minutes to be seated. 10+ minutes goes by and no one comes by. We got up and asked the hostess if they knew we got sat and no one has came by. The waiter saw us talking to the hostess and came to take our order. He said hed bring us more sugar. He never did. We waited on the food for about 30 min. When it arrived, my order was wrong. I also got a steak omelette. The steak was bland and super greasy, making the whole dish inedible. Our waiter never checked on us and didnt bring us the check. Never again. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Good service but everything else was terrible. I ordered strawberry pancakes and my girlfriend got blueberry. We also got two hot chocolates. The hot chocolate was made with water and what tastes like instant hot chocolate mix. The strawberries were frozen glazed with fake strawberry gel. They no longer give you the canister of syrup. Now they give you tiny cups filled with syrup. This place is cutting corners left and right. Not sure if its a chain issue but my advice is to try another pancake house under another name .

Soraya was completely rude and horrible. One of the nine year old boys that was in my party accidentally bumped into her and proceeded to say "Im sorry! Im so sorry! Oh my gosh Im sorry," and continued to say sorry. In the middle of his multiple sorrys she rudely replied with "I speak English." I rarely write poor reviews about places but that was so unbelievably uncalled for. If you do go there, avoid this woman. Shes a miserable woman who likes to talk down to nine year olds while theyre trying to be polite.

This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. One of my favorite things to get here is the pancake combo which includes two pancakes of your choice,hash browns,eggs, and two pieces of sausage or bacon. The server Manny was one of my favorite servers for awhile. Hes really friendly and got things done quickly. Theres also this other server named Autumn that took my order recently thats really pretty, nice , and polite.

The waitres was very nice, her name is Maria. Not satisfied with the food, well first my coffe cup had soap and i didnt noticed but when i drink i felt my lip burning and had a taste of clorox i told maria she immediately change my cup but i still wasnt able to enjoy my food since my lip was burning i got home and noticed i cough a rash. Very upset i had to buy medicine i will never come to this place again dramaticed to the max.

No Wifi. Halooo! It is 2016 today. Update 15 minutes later: the soup I wanted wasnt available today, but they said Ok to Nutella crepes. Yep, except when I finished the only available soup, they came over to say no Nutella crepes, and to order something else. I though Wisconsin Dells IHOP was the worst ever. Now they have a serious competition.

We went twice and the services was a lot mistakes .the first time order a brakfast after 20 minutes waiting for it the waitress gave our breakfast to other table so we were waiting for other 20 min. In the second time I ordered a blue chesse burguer and she desaire for me with other kind of cheeses because they dont have it

My server, Jonathan, was awesome. Just dont order poached eggs, unless you want them hard boiled! This isnt the first IHOP location that has served me completely overcooked eggs. Its a breakfast joint. I feel if IHOP as a whole cant handle poaching eggs, they should remove Eggs Benedict from the menu.

Would give it a zero if I could. Waited half an hour for a table and were not served for another 20. The order was incorrect and we were never checked on once. If youre looking for a terrible way to spend hours of your Sunday then look no further, otherwise go to the one in Rosemont.

Terrible, the people that talk good about this please is cause they know the workers. Waited so long that I left never again. Workers need to learn customer service. The host took us to the table and slam the menu on the table. I would think about it twice before going there again.

We were seated quickly and our orders were taken, not correctly of course. My mothers hashbrowns were sent back 3 times, still very under cooked and our waitress seemed clueless. She couldnt even remember the food was sent back. I would recommend not choosing this location.

Horrible costumer service the cashier Giselle was very rude and sarcastic. Had a bad experience christen and Felix did a very good job they tried to fix the problem. I talked to the Manger he was very professional hopefully he will take action and talk with the cashier ..

Worst Ihop i ve ever been. I could not touch the food. Everything tasted strange, dirty dishes. They should change the cooking oil for sure cause my food was dirty with others food and tasted horrible

Enjoyable experience. My kids love eating breakfast at this location. A ballon artist is an added bonus on Sundays.
