HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I placed an order at 9:30 through grubhub and waited for over an hour and a half...called the restaurant and asked where my order was and was put on hold for a good 6 minutes, i proceeded to hangup and call again, same girl answers and places me on hold AGAIN and i proceed to wait 3 more minutes before she hangs up all together..I then get a call from grubhub saying that the restaurant just called them and told them they were "closed" and had grubhub call me. The restaurant is not closed, i just drove past and its DEFINITELY open. To say Im mad is an understatement. I work in the restaurant business and would NEVER handle a situation this poorly. I waited almost 2 hours just to be ignored and called by grubhub and given a 5.00$ coupon.

Im a huge fan of eggs benedict, and they have a few creative versions on their menu, plus usually an additional version listed among the specials. So tasty. As are the other, non-benedict breakfast options. And if you like your breakfast with a Mexican flare (or straight up traditional, like Chilaquiles), this place delivers. They dont serve booze, but do offer smoothies. Service is always fast and friendly and weve never had to wait for a table. (Probably because everyone else is at a trendy "brunch" place ... whatever.)

Im afraid to give this place the accolades that it deserves. This is my little secret place and I dont want them to get so busy that there will be a waiting line to get in. Ok for real, this is a great little place. They take boring breakfast dishes and twists them into a culinary delight. All fresh cooking and a specials menu thats constantly changing. Not to be outdone by the food, the service is top notch. So if you promise not to tell anybody else, you can come and join me for a most satisfying meal.

Food is ok, nothing special but the service is lousy. They are never open on time, I went there this morning and was standing outside waiting to get in and the owner (or someone) came up and treated me like a hobo. I asked when they were open he gave me attitude and told me to wait then went inside didnt even invite me in and it is freezing outside. I dont think he understands open at 6:am means ready for service not rolling your socks. I would never treat a customer like that.

This is not a family restaurant,I was there Saturday April 15 2017 with my three kids. The waitress was very rude she came with the soup and told my 8 years old daughter to move in a loud mean voice. My kids didnt eat the soup after all. I spoke to the manager and he didnt really care but it gets worse no one else came to my table to serve me. I expected the manager to address the situation differently but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Never will return to this location.

The lox and bagels were great. The hot chocolate was good too. The Mickey mouse pancakes were good. The farmers burrito could have been good but it was heated in a panini press which gave it an unexpected texture and taste. I wouldnt get it again. The service was inconsistent. It took a long time to get our coffees and have our orders taken but they cleared our plates before we were done. We wont rush to come back know but we would give it another try.

I love this place. Get any of the Mexican-inspired dishes and a juice. Their standard diner fare is great, but you really cant go wrong with any of the Mexican-inspired stuff. The enchiladas mamacita are drool-worthy as well as the hangover chilaquiles. Its a much shorter wait in general than a lot of the other trendy brunch places, but it is worth noting they dont have alcohol so if youre looking for a mimosa or a bloody mary this is not the place.

This little diner is the cutest! I just ate here for the first time this morning and will definitely return. I had a wonder harvest hash - sweet potatoes, turnips, beets, cranberries, pecans, grilled onions, goat cheese, and poached eggs. It was the perfect warm, yummy breakfast for fall. They even offer gluten free pancakes and I had one pancake (cuz how can I pass up a gf pancake?!) and it was delicious! Very affordable too!

I dont know how this ended up on my phone to review as I have never been here. I am giving it 5 stars for no booze. I am bringing my 14yr old granddaughter to Chicago and have been looking for alcohol free restaurants to take her to. This sounds perfect because it is not childish or phoney baloney trendy. See you Saturday.

Awesome breakfast. Omelets are great, bagel and lox could have been from the deli and they deliver it all in reasonable time! Staff is helpful and always accommodating. . If they dont have it on the menu they will usually figure out a way to make what you want. The only downside is that they dont deliver on Sunday.

Chilaquiles to die for! Absolutely perfect execution of a classic diner with plenty of sabor thrown in to make it stand out. Short waits even when packed. This place is efficient. They have Spains Liga games on the TV on weekends and serve up amazing pancakes to boot. Highly recommended.

Although the decor needs some serious updating, its clean, and the food quality really makes up for it. Attention to detail in the food prep, not greasy and, in fact, quite tasty! Service was good, too. If youre looking for a foodie experience for bfast, its a good place to go.

Ive now both ordered for delivery and sat in to eat, and both times was pleasantly surprised by just how good the food was. Delivery was quick, service was good inside, and again the food is fantastic. Id have to say this is hands down my new favorite breakfast restaurant

Disappointed considering the high rating. More than five employees and only one was taking orders and serving tables. They were not attentive at all as I had to request a refill on my coffee. First and last visit.

Great brunch place. They used to have a classic Steak and Egg on their menu, but recently swapped it with a Steak Fajita. My favorite menu item. Pancakes are not that great, but the crepes are top notch!

Coffee was good and staff was attentive. I got chocolate chip pancakes and they were well made. It is on the high-end but has nice decor and lots of refills on the coffee.
