We usually have a good experience, but there was an issue this time. I know super bowl Sunday is busy but we ordered online from there website anyway. Order said it went through, I got an email confirmation and all that. It said it should be delivered by 7:15 pm. At 8:15pm I called white cottage, was immediately put on hold, Im not mad yet. When she gets to me I ask if my pizza has left the facility yet and I had my order number ready if she needed it. She said that if I hadnt called them and placed it that way that there was no order. I told her I used the website and got a confirmation, and I was met with a comment along the lines of....dont worry your card wont be charged and today we arent using the website...do you want to place an order now. I said Id pass on ordering again, and hung up. How can your website work, and you dont disable it or at least call with the number provided and let the customer know. 2 stars because the product you get is good, if I would of gotten it.

This place has great delivery staff and thats enough to get them one star. 12 bucks for a ravioli meal and its nothing amazing and you get 5 small raviolies. The container isnt even half full. I thought there was a problem so called the store. The girl who answers tells me thats the normal portion size. I told her you get more for your money with chef boy R D. She hangs up. I called back a few minutes later after cooling off and ask to speak with manager and she tells me that its high quality raviolis. Well its not cooked all the way through and its actually still got crunch to it. Portion sizes are messed up. She wouldnt help and just told me she would go look at the size of the raviolies. This place is terrible. Dont eat here. 2 or 3 hours later absolutely sick as can be too.

We were looking to order from here today since, it was my daughters birthday. We looked at their website and saw the pricing and the menue. When we called we were met with a rude cashier on yhe phone by the name of Alma. She price on her computer was different and they have no control over the website becuase another company deals with their price. We asked for a manager but was told that Roberto was too busy to speak to us according to Alma. We live nearby and we order from this place. We will never order from here and will report to the BBB about the treatment from your business.

Only 3 stars - reason being the phone/cashier immaturity in age and demeanor is something you need not let spoil your appetite. Speak to them as they are a tool as a means to enjoy the best pizza in a 25+ mile radius and you are set. My personal recommendation is the 14" light cheese, tomato/spinach/bacon/chicken. You wont regret it as long as you can deal with the cashiers attitude issue. Prices are on the high end for pizza, but you do get what you pay for.

Best pizza in the area! Usually order for delivery and they say 45-1hr, always is at our house in about 30 mins and so hot like it just came out of the oven! They dont skimp on ingredients, they use fresh veggies, so if your complaining about the price being high, well youll get what you pay for if you want cheaper! Im happy to pay a little more and get an awesome pizza

This Has been the second time Ive ordered pizza 4 delivery The first time I got a pizza Was delivered nice in hot The second time It was delivered It got delivered to me A round An hour and a half And I was told it would be delivered within 45 minutes to an hour Needless to say. It was terrible In the pizza was cold I dont think I will be ordering from here again

The thin crust pizza is horrible. The crust is too thin, hard, and lacks flavor. Overall the ingredients are also lacking any wow factor. Try Rosaties if youre looking for descent pizza in Carolstream or call Costco and have them bake you one of theirs at no extra charge. Seriously this place is a HUGE disappointment.

They use a good amount of cheese. When piping hot thats delicious, but the cheese gets a bit rubbery and thick as it cools a bit. Sauce is nicely spiced, and I think the crust is fine. They are a little pricey for me, especially when considering what you can get at the Costco food counter.

Probably the most immature, rude and incapable phone-order girls weve ever encountered. Very aggressive and unprofessional. Sad, because its a great place with great food. They need to work on hiring educated, kind people to interact with customers.

The worst delivery experience in my life. Ordered through grub hub. I was told twice ten more minutes and didnt get my pizza for an hour and forty minutes. Bad business practices and totally unacceptable. An hour means an hour, not two.

The food is amazing, but Ive never had good service with the girls who work there. When you come to pick up the food they are always messing around and playing on their phones. Never seen them smile, too.

White Cottage Pizza delivery is terrible. An order for only garlic bread and mozzarella sticks was placed at 12:01 pm and they delivered it at 1:25 pm (they "forgot" the order in the warmer)....

Our favorite. When family comes in from Tulsa and/or Birmingham, they want to have White Cottage Pizza first. Then comes Portillos. Life in Carol Stream is good.
