Absolute worst customer service. I ordered a pizza in the amount of 36.90 on a Tuesday night. This was for my 3 kids and my babysitter to have while I attended a seminar. When I left my seminar, 3and half hours later, my babysitter informed me the pizza was never delivered. Naturally, I call to find out why. The lady was quite rude at first insisting that no one ever answered the door. I argued that that was impossible. My kids were waiting at the window! Finally the lady realized the address was incorrect. She profusely apologized and said shed refund my money on my card immediately and send the pizza over anyways, (which is literally across the street, I can see the restaurant from my house) my kids were in bed as it was 9 pm when they delivered my order, without even putting it back in the oven. So I got a cold, disgusting pizza that had at that point been sitting out for nearly 4 hours. Needless to say, it went straight to the trash. But, as long as I was being refunded , I didnt care that much. Well, 2 days later, it still hadnt been refunded. I left a voicemail for a mfr to please give me a call. Well, I never got a call. This morning I called and left ANOTHER voicemail to state I could come in and pick up the cash, or even get an instore credit. Again, no call back. So I called now, and spoke with a man with a thick Spanish accent. He refused to give me his name. I explained the story and explained Id like to at least get credit towards me next order since my charges have yet to be reversed as promised and the mgr has yet to call. He argued with me! He said he didnt remember and he was there that tues that I originally placed. He went on to say that he doesnt see any notes. That he has 10-15 tickets that have been in correct and my ticket wasnt in that group. He then calls me a liar saying I must have pizza places confused, and that I never left any voicemails. Now Im angry. He went on to say theres nothing he can do and people try to scam him for free pizza all the time. I explained that he is doing very poor business by not, at the very least, sending another pizza over. He refused to give me any numbers for mgrs or owners. The phone call ended with him , again, insulting my intelligence, by insisting Im making this up. Im disgusted by their customer service. No apologies, no refund, no credit.....This store is RIDICULOUS! Go to Mangia! I know I ordered from them just now and I am very happy.

The cheesy garlic bread was pretty sweet. My 5 friends enjoyed the pizza its decent not like when Sal used to work here though. Not as good as when I was younger. But I still support pizza plus wish liquor plus was still open. Lol. Pizza and beer hit the spot.

Pizza plus is hands down the best in lockport.. Anysize with extra cheese is bomb. Highly reccomend this pizza to anyone who lives in lockport and hasnt had it. You will ask yourself, " why did it take me this long to try this place."

Love it. Sauce is not sweet but just perfect. 2/19/2016. Update. We just had the best pizza we have ever had. The crust and cheese was perfect. We always get the super plus and today my hat off to the chef.

Pizza has been the best Ive had since moving to Joliet. Not salty at all and the sausage topping has the best seasoning. This is my pizza shop of choice and will make the trip anytime Im craving a pizza.

Their lasagna is the bomb ! Just about everything on the menu Is worth buying and trying, great customer service as well. Delivery is fast. Perfect for lunch since they open at 10 am now. Thumbs up !

I really enjoyed this place. I had the pizza the viscose sticks and the cheese sticks. Everything was very good. It was a little hard to find but definitely worth it.
